I'm very confused what has happened here.. I hate to give bad reviews. This place used to be one of my favorite coffee shops. The staff was never particularly friendly, but the coffee was really good. I went here on a date recently and got an iced Americano, my usual go-to drink. The girl was sweet that took my order and made my drink, but as soon as I got my drink, it looked extremely light in color. I knew right away something wasn't right. I took a sip and it was pretty bad. I thought maybe she was newer and forgot a couple of shots. I went up and didn't say anything about the drink, but I ordered 2 more shots to hopefully fix the issue. I used to work at a coffee shop for over 8 years and a manager for 5 of those. I think the machine wasn't calibrated properly or something was wrong with the machine itself. The staff has been friendlier, which is definitely nice to see, but the quality has went way down. I don't think I'll be back unfortunately.

First time here definitely a nice place to stop get a drink at highly recommend this coffee shop.

Great coffee, great staff, great prices. I normally don't stay long inside, but as a side note for the owners, I do wish the interior was less grey. Would love to see more warmer, cozier colors.
I'm usually a fan of this spot. Unfortunately, though, I recently waited 40 minutes for my breakfast sandwiches just for the barista to say "Were you waiting for these sandwiches that whole time? They were done and just sitting here!" (They were under the counter and not visible or able to be grabbed by me, I had no idea they were done as it was never announced to me.) Overall, it's an okay spot, this definitely wasn't my best experience at Rev!

Believe I had the lavender and oat milk latte it was delicious the people there are so nice
Came in on a weekend and it took 15 minutes for a cup of drip coffee. Only about 12 people were in the building including staff. Was not worth the wait and shouldn’t have tipped ahead of time.
Excellent service. The food and coffee beverages tasted great. Will visit again.

Nice coffee shop find. Large variety of coffees to choose from. My iced white chocolate latte was perfect. Friendly staff, would definitely return to try other drinks.
Had a good experience here. Coffee tasted great and they had low carb breakfast wraps. Lady working there was very friendly. Glad I came to this place on my trip to Columbus.
Coffee is a very subjective drink but REV is my favorite coffee shop in Columbus. I drive from the east side often just to get coffee from here. The "syrups" they use are NOT overly sweet which I love. I'm drinking coffee not a blended cup cake lol! I'm a big fan of the nitro coffee that rev sells. I get it with mocha and honey and its perfect! Wife loves rev too! She gets the mocha iced latte with oat milk. Vegan brekfast sandwich was good when we tried it likewise. Thanks, REV!
Ok, I wanted to like this to support local but really needs someone who understands coffee culture to fix the drinks. Cold brew looked like light iced tea and was very weak. Latte was almost a dirty white because so little coffee. Iced latte was better but very weak coffee flavor. If you like Folgers the way your grandparents made it, (read the newspaper through it) you'll like this place. If you want robust, complex and strong coffee, this place isn't it
Just found out about this place. They have vegan food options and milk options. Lots of flavors available as well. I had an iced buckeye oat milk latte and my partner had the iced honey lavender latte. I did the vegan wrap and she did the turkey wrap. Everything was great. We will be back for sure. There aren’t many places on this side of town we can both eat at. Great prices too!

Great coffee house with friendly staff, coffee options and healthy food choices! I needed a place to work - and this cafe was perfect! I would definitely come back!
