Quirky and tasty coffee shop. Fair amount of seating and lots of parking in the lot or on-street. I thought my latte was decent, but you order at a window in a somewhat crowded hallway that can get congested. Well worth a try if you're in the area.

I love this place. Really good coffee, lots of variety at different times. My favorites are cappuccinos. Sandwiches and soups are delicious. You really can't go wrong. Staff is great. Their manager Madi is amazing people and does really beautiful latte art. Nice little touch. Decor is really beautiful.

Great local place !!! The parking lot is always full , the people are happy going in and out. True West is the cute ,hip, local coffee shop that you love to see full of people. This place has earned its stay in Hamilton. My sister is obsessed when she was still local she went every day, and sometimes, multiple times a day !! My children are only 7 and 9, and they have literally grown up with true west . They don't know life without it. It's where they have coffee dates with their auntie!!! They love the chocolate milk and muffins ,salt, and vinegar chips as well!!! We ❤️ true west!!! Way to make our city feel a little more cool and giving us good coffee!! It's nice to see a local business thrieving !!! We have all found our favorites, and we love it !!!

First time trying, and I didn't like it. My oatmeal with fruit had some hair inside, my egg, bacon cheese sandwich🥪 I thought was a fresh egg, the egg tasted like rubber, and the mango smoothie was extra super sweet I couldn't drink it and it wasn't like smoothie consistent it was more like water, very disappointing👎

Good food options (breakfast, sandwiches and salads). The coffee is pretty good as well. More seating upstairs if it feels crowded. You can also reserve a room.

Cute is an understatement!! :3 This place is adorable and RICH with character, art, and soul. The upstairs is my favorite part! They have a huge variety of seating options. The food is outstanding. I got the Loch Ness monster which is a turkey with lettuce tomato and mayo on a delicious thick (I'm not sure exact type but it was thick like sourdough-esque). I got the strawberry smoothie recommended by the extremely kind and pleasant staff. This place is beautiful. :))

Definitely a staple in Hamilton. A must-visit on my list. The atmosphere is inviting & friendly. The staff is even better! I loved the artwork from the paintings to photographs to things draped across the ceiling. The upper level loft looks out to the lower level & the many windows make it feel like one of those movie coffee shops. I love it here. Only thing, try to get more sugar free options.
