The place is super small so I do drive thru. Very good food and coffee stuff. I got iced coffee and enjoyed it. The drive thru woman was super nice with a super smile.
I was very surprised the sandwich was better then the coffee! The coffee was just okay nothing to brag on I would go back but nothing I'd go out of my way to get.
The drink carrier i was provided for my 4 drink order was ripped and caused one of the drinks to spill in my passenger street absolutley DESTROYING the fabric of the seat.
This was our first time visiting a Biggby Coffee. We wasn't 100% on what we should get, so we asked the baristas for recommendations. They were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their drinks. I ended up getting an iced mocha mellow and it was absolutely delicious! It was everything that I wanted it to be! I wish that there was a Biggby coffee closer to where I live because I would visit it often!
I would give the location a higher rating. However they often run out of things that comprise the ingredients they have on their menu. It’s gotten worse over the last month or so. It’s frustrating to not just the consumer but the team working there
I just went through the drive-thru. Got a Venti (Large) Mocha with extra chocolate. Excellent. Their food is a bit pricey so didn't get any. I wish they had inside seating. 4/20. I am editing my review because the last two times I went through the drive-thru I was overcharged. The first time about a week ago..I got a medium Mocha which is usually about $6.39 (they keep changing the prices) and when we pulled up to the window the lady said "that will be $16.00" what? We asked how could it be for one Mocha. They did give me a free mocha and two muffins which was nice but it caused me to go over my credit card limit. They did refund me the money but it went on the card a week later. Then today we went to the same one on Main Streets and again ordered a medium Mocha which was priced a little higher than last time saying it was $6.79. When we pulled around to the window the same guy said "that will be $7.49" what? We said it should be $6.79 and he said "oh..That was the order for another person". Horrible service. Especially being overcharged twice. Something is very wrong. This place is in a weird location and difficult to drive into. There needs to be a lot of improvement here. Not sure if I will go back or I'll go to the High Street location instead.
There was a great selection of coffee, lattes, and frozen drinks. I wish we had one closer to home.

I watched a girl put whip cream on a coffee. Then took her finger around the edge of the cup. With no gloves on to wipe away excess whip cream off. Then put the cover on it. An wiped the whipped cream on her shirt. Wth. I know its coffee. But they deal with food also an no one wears gloves
They need to get at least one near Liberty twp.

For a drive-thru only location it's a little slow, it just depends, some days it's fast and others 15min wait time. Hopefully it's just a hiccup they are working in. I highly support Biggby, and maybe I'm biased because I'm from Michigan. I am happy to see Biggby expand in our area. They truly are so much better than Starbucks. Recommendations: Butter Bear is my go-to (iced) (Seasonal Drinks always good too!) Mint Chip when in season is great (frozen) Tuxedo Muffin Sausage Egg & Cheese Bragel Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie
My drink and food were really good but the lady at the window kind of rubbed me the wrong way. She opened the window, didn’t say hello or anything, then straight up asked “do you want to leave a tip on your card or no” lol. I’m all for tipping people for good service and food and I work in an industry where tips are almost half of my income, but I would never ask someone like that. It’s kind of rude. 10/10 on my food and coffee
