Come here if you love iced chai that is watered down so bad it tastes like a glass of water w a splash of milk !
Perfect! Beautiful, delicious! Got raspberry cafe au lair and an awesome triple berry muffin. Parked in a garage nearby.
First time here not a very big selection of drinks and what we both got we didn't care for I definitely wouldn't come back overpriced better choices in the area in my opinion.
Love the place and great atmosphere! People here are much friendlier than the store in New Albany location.
Went in for my first time with my bf and chose the strawberries coffee and asked if it was sweet and the girl behind the counter told me to look at the syrups and it had sugar in it.. any iced coffee drinker would know just bc there is sugar, doesn’t mean it’s sweet.. and she had an attitude when I was checking out while saying I don’t want a receipt.. and the drink was NOT sweet and gross and I dumped it and got starbucks.
The setting of this Sweetwaters is truly unique, located inside the library. The interior is bright, airy, and spacious, with plenty of seating options to choose from. It's a great place to read, work, or just relax with a cup of coffee. But it's not just the atmosphere that makes Sweetwaters great - the coffee itself is fantastic as well. The coffee is sourced from high-quality beans and expertly prepared by the skilled baristas. Whether you prefer a classic drip coffee or a more complex espresso drink, you're sure to find something to your liking on the menu.
Great iced latte and fantastic homemade pop tarts!!!
I met some new business associates for a coffee meeting on a COLD Tuesday morning! The staff was SO friendly, and made the PERFECT cup of chocolaty caramel goodness for me! I'll definitely be back!!
Quaint coffee shop in a modern shopping center
I recently visited Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea in Dublin. It is located in the newer Bridge Park area of Dublin, Ohio. Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea offer up a HUGE selection of hot and cold brewed beverages. Before visiting, I suggest you check out their online menu, so you can choose your beverage wisely! ha! There are just so many choices! When I visited, I went with hot tea. If you are hungry, there is a lot of choices here. You can find bagels, pastries, and lunch menu items available. The items in the counter as labeled for allergens, which is very helpful to our food allergy friends! And don't forget about your furry friend! You can grab a pup cup for your furbaby to enjoy! Love the vibe of Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea in Dublin! It is worth checking out!
Tasteless coffee and very poor service by all staff members, I ordered a cappuccino and house blend, but they messed up the order and size of the coffee, and I reordered and paid again, but the second time, they messed up again.
Pumpkin roll was awesome, my drinks sucked. I got a chai and mocha, they filled the cup up 2/3 of the way for both drinks, are you seriously that cheap. If I’m paying $5 a drink I expect it to be full.
If double espresso is your thing, I'd highly recommend. Careful with the sweet drinks though, even tho we asked for "half the syrup" it still ended up being a very sweet drink.
Coffee is okay. The staff and service was just plain sad. I asked for a cup of ice water to go with my order and they said they couldn't because of "supply issues". When I offered to pay for the cup, they said it would cost $3.25 for the cup of ice. LOL! I'd rather go somewhere else where they don't nickel and dime their customers. (side note: there was a nice little nook to read a book in the back)
The pastries are good and my friend enjoyed her drink, but my iced matcha was unbelievably terrible. I threw it away, it just tasted like straight syrup.
Can't speak for everyone one but from my experience today it was an okay coffee. Place is at perfect spot to get coffee and take a walk. The staff were good as well.
I went here earlier today and I was SHOCKED by what I saw... Alice, the woman working there, was YELLING at a family with young children. Being parents with young kids is hard enough without someone shaming you publicly. This whole thing was crazy. The coffee and pastries were fine but we won’t be coming back. This place is NOT family friendly.
Literally the worst coffee I have ever tasted. I have tried many times to like this place since I spend so much time in the area. But the name of the shop is fitting because even a black coffee tastes like sweet water. Staff is nice, convenient location, very clean. This place is not for coffee lovers.
Bought a Thai chai. Overall sweet was all I could taste. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Should have just skipped the place altogether. Was dirty also.
I think Sweetwaters can be a bit hit or miss. This location is the best. I struggle to not give a 5 star but the staff are just a little too hit or miss to earn a 5 star from me. The food is the best I’ve ever had at a sweetwater. Plenty of local options and you can definitely get your fill of calories with some of those options —> especially the maple twist. So yummy. The coffee is super solid. They make a good drink and are pretty consistent. I absolutely love some of the staff. However, there have been a couple that were frankly a little rude. I know it’s super hard to find good people and it seems like they’re really trying. I mean, I’ve found about 50% of workers under the age of 18 just don’t know how to be nice behind a counter. Anyway, I recommend checking this place out for a quick coffee or a catch up meeting during the week.
