Even though London Fog is not on their menu, they knew how and made us some. They were very good.
I visited this place in January, I know it's been a while but want to say that I felt unwelcomed. Slightly after 1pm, the inside was not crowded but there was some distraction going on, someone brought her pet. So, some of the employees were interacting with the dog. Okay, I get that. However, the other staffs were still at the register.. none of them was greeting or asking me though. Then only one person helped me order my food. Later, I didn't even hear my order was ready. It was very obvious that I was the only person eating inside. When I took the order, I felt I was treated as invisible. The only reason I'm giving stars is that the food tastes good, I can't complain about it. Another thing I didn't like was those staffs were gossiping about some of their drive-thru customers. That's why after finish eating mine, I left without saying anything. It was my very first time visiting this place, but I'm not coming back.
They always make my coffee how i like it when I'm feeling boujee and tired of coffee at home.

Love this place. One of my favorite coffee shops in Dayton.
Great location, but unfortunately just a terrible drive thru. It’s the same experience every time. Took 35 minutes on the dot to get through 5 cars on a Wednesday morning. Not an exaggeration. Far and away the slowest drive thru experience for coffee you will have in the mornings. Not sure how it’s possible given the fact they have several people working.

Every time I go to this place in person or on door dash it's service and food quality are on point. Please build one in Kettering!!!!
Great menu choices, always well-prepared, nice and helpful staff. Their bagel sandwiches are delicious and their made-in-store energy drinks are a refreshing and light change from canned ones.
I try to be a regular at this place but EVERY SINGLE TIME I go , doesn’t matter if it’s two cars or 10 it takes more than 12-15 sometimes 30-45 with only 6 cars. The coffee is good the wait is horrible .
i’ve never written a review but it had to be done- went in to get a latte and breakfast sandwich, our coffees came out first and were too sweet to even try to drink, instead of complaining ordered an extra shot of espresso to put in it to try to redeem it but ended up having to throw it out anyway. first egg cheese & vegan sausage came out without the sausage and i brought it up to them and they tried to tell me i didn’t order it with sausage which both me and my partner did, it finally comes out and both the egg and sausage are cold, like they were straight from the fridge, left wasting 30 dollars

I ordered a holiday drink, cookie butter, and a Turkey Bragel so I could get the Black Friday special, a bag, a mug, and a bag of BIGGBY COFFEE. Cookie Butter is yummy! 😋 I am gluten free, and, since the bragels are not GF, my husband enjoyed the Turkey Bragel.
Went through the drive thru. The workers are always friendly and accommodating.
