Absolutely love this Winans! The people here are so kind, i can't help but be in a good mood when i visit.
The drive thru service here is really bad. They are very slow and usually have the order wrong when they give you the items. This place is also a little expensive. Go somewhere else!!!
We come in frequently for cold brew and several of the staff know us and speak to us like friends. They make it a warm and inviting environment. I highly recommend their seasonal coffee flavors and our favorite chocolate is the Buckeye Crunch Bar that has chocolate, peanut butter, pretzel, and caramel with a milk or dark chocolate coating. We also like the dark chocolate orange peels.

I absolutely love this place! I've been going here for around 3 years since going to college. In the first few years of going here for coffee and chocolates, It was good but wasn't really the best place I had been to. Tonight definitely changed my view! I collect wine bottles, and found this beautiful wine. It was a pleasure to be able to taste it and give my opinion on it! The assistant manager was very friendly and helpful. You don't see that often, and it was a pleasure to experience that tonight. 5 stars!
So good! The specialty coffee drinks are worth a try. They are sweet but there is a rich biterness to balance it out. I had a dark chocolate and butterscotch drink and the chocolate was rich and flavorful.
Wonderful Coffee. Their truffles are to die for and the selection of chocolates is great. They also make uniquely flavored "mimosas"
Chocolates are the best and I also got a hot chocolate which was very nice. I bought some butterscotch coffee beans which smell and taste delicious.
Terrible service. I always go to the Winans near my home in Piqua and they have never disappointed in the 10+ years I've went. This location I visited while having a trip to the mall. Ordered 2 drinks, waited for 30 mins in the drive thru with only one vehicle in front of us. The girl working the window was beyond rude and made the whole experience so much worse. I wouldn't leave a bad review just on a long wait time but the terrible service with it was just inexcusable. I will not be going back.

Staff was really nice and remade my drink when I didn't like it and they didn't mind that I sat there for hours and played chess!

I love this place. So many good tea and coffee options! The girl who helped my order was so sweet and bubbly, sincere and kind!!! I heart an authentic Ohioan local coffee shop and it makes me feel like home <3
If you're not getting a half dark chocolate/half white chocolate, hot chocolate, then you're doing it wrong. Maybe a shot of peppermint if the season calls for it. 😋
Had coffee with a friend, didn't hand any food. Employees were mainly engaged with each other. The place could be cozier.
I've been going to this location about weekly for the past year. The staff is always nice, and their flavored lattes have been consistently great. I've occasionally purchased coffee beans and chocolate, which have been great as well. It's also really convenient to go through the drive-thru here.
The staff at this location were very rude, and acted like it was a bother to them to wait on me; I won't be going back at least not this location
Ordered, after waiting about 15 minutes I asked about it “we’re working on it”. Roughly six people after me ordered and received their drinks. 25 minutes in I ask again “we’re working on it please be patient”. 35 minutes later nearly a dozen people had been served and received their drinks. I ask again: “sir, please we are very busy”. I left. I ordered one 20oz hot chocolate.
