Friendly service and delicious options. I have noticed the prices going up frequently however - a medium salted caramel mocha is now $7
Love the Ebar, but the merchandise has always cost too much for the average wage person. But, I live the coffee ☕ 🙃

The customer service is great . Fast drinks. Ever since Starbucks in the mall closed down , this is the only place to get coffee but I'm glad I discovered it . Better coffee in my opion.

I really can't understate how great the staff. They are always offering helpful suggestions and anytime something I or another customer wants something that is out of stock, there is a suggestion of what to get instead.

Way better coffee than S.bucks.
Tiny coffee shop located next to Nordstrom in the Beachwood Place Mall. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer great tasting latte's, tea's, smoothies, pastries and snacks. The price of a Pumpkin Spice Mocha Latte in a grande mug was a little higher than expected at $6.50 though. The indoor fountain by the seating area makes it nice and calming and filters out other conversations. There are no outlets to charge devices so it would be difficult to work remotely here. This place is a great option to get your coffee fix while shopping.
This tiny little place is best found by thinking "downstairs Nordstrom," and exit into the Mall and turn to your left. Tiny. Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. The coffee seems to be fresher than some places. There is plenty of seating outside of this little place and makes for an affordable break with some people watching.
Very very good lattes not going to Starbucks anymore when I visit this mall. I once visited Portland Oregon and was sad to leave cuz the coffee was so good but this place rivals that of a pacfic northwest espresso bar. Wonderful service would recommend to anyone.
Great coffee. Lines are much shorter than Starbucks and the drinks are better.
