Honestly one of the best lattes i’ve had in a while i get the harvest with oat milk ! it is the best and i think ab it every morning !! and everyone working is so kind !!

Good spot, good coffee. I like to switch it up sometimes and have a different atmosphere. I wish there was some more comfortable spots to be on my laptop and also just sit on the couch and read. I still prefer Phoenix and Rising Star, but this is also a good spot from time to time ;)
Don’t waste your time coming here
I workout regularly at the gym adjacent to this location, but never knew this place had more than coffee. I was starving after a workout and pleasantly surprised that they had breakfast sandwiches and some lunch options. The sausage, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel was once of the best quick breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! Beyond delicious and satisfying. I did get a chai latte that wasn't my favorite but that could just be my preference. Overall, great atmosphere and very friendly employees were working when I stopped in!
Good Coffee, Terrible Setup Me and my family Drove 35 minutes out to patronize their establishment only to find out its Card Only, and their Espresso Machine is turned off a whole 2 hours before they offically close the coffee shop, so that means no speciality drinks like Cappicino's, Lattes, or Espresso shots, all the staple for a proper coffee shop I'll find it hard to come back to support their business when their idea of a "Business" model is some sort of poor excuse for one.

They do not take cash. CC cards only. I thought guy at counter not friendly. They took out most of the tables inside👎, no small dishes to place pastry on. Used to be better under previous names on coffee shop.
Excellent experience everytime we go. It feels just like you are nestled away in a tree house or something..perfect ambiance, the coffee and pastries are excellent. My favorite coffee shop by far.
This evening of Dec. 10, 2022, the male server at Nervous Dog in Beachwood Place was exceedingly rude and snarky for no apparent reason. He was so very offensive that I will no longer patronize this location.
Good place for setting and having coffee
Staff is extremely rude. They don’t let you call ahead to place an order, they insist you use the app to order ahead, but the app quite literally NEVER works (Beachwood location). I hate leaving this review because this place was decent at one point. Any time I try to use their app to place an order, there is always a glitch or a malfunction, and so many times I have had money taken from me and they will not refund despite the problem being with their app. I have given them so many chances (months) to rectify the problem, and whenever you speak to somebody about the issues with the app, they are extremely rude about it, and they won’t accommodate by letting you call in your order - even if you offer to pay over the phone!! I always try to support smaller coffee shops, but they have, after a long, patient waiting period, lost a customer.

Cawfee was good but nothing to write home about, I had gotten really good aeropress from the Akron location a few years ago, just got auto drip this time and it was good but not great, will probably cover back to try the aeropress to see if it holds up to the Akron location. Otherwise staff was really friendly and I was happy to be there. The breakfast bagel was pretty good too!
Came in really early to finish work I didnt want to do. At least the coffee and breakfast sandwich were perfect. Loved the spot and will return again :)

Friendly baristas and great coffee! But the toilet was dirty.
