My favorite place to get coffee,chai and any other caffinated beverage! They have a rotating seasonal menu with some great variations. My favorite is the chai tea with apple and oatmilk, it taste like a Dutch apple pie!!

Nice atmosphere, Excellent coffee!!! Update: still going strong. Open for indoor seating. 2nd Update: they now have a sign posted on the door specifically saying "No dogs". 3rd update: they have finally taken down the last of the plexiglass barriers across the main counter it now is completely back to a pre-covid look. They're still going strong, and as we had into Summer their business is definitely starting to pick up down in the harbor.
Didn't really have food but did have a Great Expresso and my wife had a latte. Great advice given to me since I'm a novice at coffee houses.

Who could've guessed that one of the best coffeeshops in the entire Rust Belt would be tucked away in Ashtabula?? Coffee selection here is really good. The staff are a riot, and they know how to make espresso drinks properly. If you're used to bland big-chain coffee, this place is like a punch in the face, but stick with it because there are few things in life better than delicious coffee.

Bought some Big Papa's Smokey Blend and it is, far and away, the best coffee I have ever had. Smooth and rich and just perfect.
A coffee shop, not restraunt. Fresh roasted coffee, various teas. Sweet homemade treats, bagels, smoothies, flavored coffee drinks, some sandwhiches made homemade in the harbor. Distinguished location next to river & lift bridge. Always a great experience with owners, staff, coffee & treats. Restaurants in close proximity to Harbor Perk. Have dinner, stop by for great fresh coffee to buy, drink to go or in house. All coffee served fresh roasted in house. Try the Perk, you'll see!
The staff here is always so polite and suggestive. When I'm in the Harbor I make this a stop.
This is the best coffee shop I personally have ever been to. The atmosphere is unmatched and everything I have ever tried is perfect. I'm currently sitting here enjoying one of their new parfaits paired with a dirty chai latte and it is a blissful experience to say the least. Can't recommend this Ashtabula staple enough!!
When I walked in has a great vibe but the music smh 90s alternative...why!!!! Find new music!!!!!!

The employees are always amazing and so are the drinks. I often get chia tea or cold coffee. I like to buy the small sampler bags of coffee to use at home for cold brew. Great service every time and the building is beautiful
Loves this place not only is it less expensive than Starbucks it tastes better plus they have dairy free snack options too which are had to find.
The people here are so nice, the atmosphere is great, and the coffee was good! I got a biscotti that wasn’t very good, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, everything was awesome.
