Great little place to do school work or if you work remotely... fairly quiet good food cheap prices... not a place for those who are in a rush as it's usually just the owner working so food can be slow but if you are patient it's always worth it.

This is a great place to go. John is very friendly and welcoming. The food is always good. I've never had anything that I didn't like. Everything is made fresh right there in the cafe. The prices are extremely reasonable and the portions are generous - if you leave there hungry it's your own fault. More people need to visit the E-comm!
Know the owner, good place to relax.
John runs a wonderful dinner. He is a Christian who feeds people off the streets if they are hungry and have no money. Many times this happens. He is Not predjidist against minorities someone posted an untruth. I am amazed how one false statement can ruin a reputation His food is very good. He is not the fastest at delivering the food, but when u get it it is very good and worth your wait. Would recommend this establishment. If you are in a big hurry though go through a drive in.
Best place to eat in Ashtabula, the owner John is a good friend and just all around good person.

Amazing Food, he's a VET and a true American business with Real Home Cooking food!!!! Can't say enough about this place. The coffee is outstanding! Most food items come from his farm. How cool is that??? We eat there every morning! It's not fast food...this food has flavor! A Must Try!!
Get the Bandit burger. You won't be disappointed!
Quite and cozy
The owner is a great person. Never had bad food and prices are completely reasonable. Also the comment on hating black folk is outright wrong. I've been there plenty of times not to mention he has black employees. Overall one of my favorite places to eat.

Stopped in to make a business call and to use the Internet while passing through on my motorcycle. John was as welcoming as anybody could possibly be. Very comfortable place.
The meat is fresh raised at the owners farm, and then smoked to be sold at the cafe. Best bacon I have ever had. Awesome little hometown cafe. Anytime I'm in ashtabula, I go here.
The bun on the cheap hot dog was so stale it crumbled. This place is gross.
