Coffee is great and overall a cute place! I’m giving it 3 stars because the barista was not very friendly/welcoming and made me a bit uncomfortable. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt though, she could have been having a bad day. Ps: smiling and being personable is so important as a barista! (Former Starbucks barista) It makes for the experience and will keep customers returning :)

Quick rant, just to make it public for the company that they could do a little better. So per usual I showed up to get my favorite child latte with espresso shot. I earn so many points that I should have a free drink or snack. the only uncomfortable part was the barista who wasn’t sure how to redeem my points. Not for a drink, or a snack on the house, what’s the point of being a loyal customer?

Love coming here for their breakfast sandwich and their pumpkin pie latte (when they have it in the fall!) Very cozy, spacious, and quiet for work. They can be slow as they usually only have one person working. If I would change anything, I would add one more worker and increase cleaning of the dining area / bathrooms since sometimes it seems they are not always tended to.

We came here as part of Akron's Drip Drive. This was our 14th stop so we had a lot to compare it to. On the plus side, when we walked in all the patrons either smiled or said hi to us, which was unexpected and nice. On the minus side, there was really no selection of baked goods due to some sort of problem, the barista told us. It wasn't their fault, but it was still disappointing. But the WORST part was that the mocha was really, really bad. Like by far the worst we ever had. It tasted like chocolate milk made with water. There was really no point in telling the barista we weren't happy with it as we were really hungry since we didn't want one of the few items they had that weren't vegan and/or gluten-free and just wanted to go back home. BTW we went to the one in Barberton and enjoyed both the mocha and the cinnamon roll very much.

This has a neighborhood feel right downtown. A great place to have a coffee and a sweet and watch the world drive by.

Nice place. Got the large red-eye. Delicious coffee. Large selection of tea leaves for sale. Good looking bakery food but didn't partake.

I gotta say I love it here they are better than Starbucks because they are nicer if your drink is too sweet then they will make it not sweet and tell you how to order it for the next time the girl with glasses and teal hair is so sweet and kind the only downside to this store is that it closes at 3:00 pm I work down the street from there I wish it was atleast open an hour or two longer so I could go in after my shift at work ends rather then go in on my days off only she says it's because that location isn't busy other than that it's a really nice place to be and a nice and friendly environment to be in if you want to relax for awhile I cannot wait to come back here

Very good coffee, but give yourself time to get your order. It is a simple shop and depending on the time of day there is limited staff. Worth the wait

Muggzwigz has great coffee, I usually get an Iced Vanilla Latte but they have a lot of cool & fun drinks. As well as many different types of syrups, such as lavender and honey. The drinks are amazing quality and have ruined Starbucks for me because Mighswigz is 10x better. The baked goods are delicious, I recommend the chocolate babka. A great place for coffee and tea, I would go every day if I could!

Judea was amazing. 10/10 service! She's lovelyn She was friendly and informative and told me all the drinks that could be made vegan. The bialy I ate? Heavenly. I tried the everything bialy with the strawberry jam. Mmmm! I parked a few streets done and enjoyed the walk. :) Spacious interior and the ideal place to study or catch up with old friends - the latter of which is why I went!

Coffee did not taste good and was pricey, maybe it was just what I ordered.
