I'll take this over Starbucks any day. Always good!!
I was in the drive thru and ordered a hot Caramel coffee with extra Caramel. I did not get the extra Caramel and the lady was not friendly but was uninterested in taking order.

Good service but dirty and not kept clean. I understand priorities are drive thru and taken out, but need to hire someone to clean. The “baristas” are too busy working.
Friendly but the cold drinks were not made well. I don’t usually come to this location but I love caribou and thought the coffee would be good. Not my favorite location.

I order on their app often and some times I forgot to pick a time that I am coming to pick it up so it defaults to asap. I just call them up and they will adjust the time for me. All employees are very nice.

Employees are very friendly and the coffee is decent. I like a strong cold brew and unfortunately theirs didn't hit the mark for strength but the flavor was good.

Coffee is ok nothing special. Don't really like the cups they serve iced drinks in.
Bizarrely long wait for how many people were working. Maybe they were training. I asked a question about my order after I got it because it wasn't what I expected. The girl helping was VERY condescending and seemed annoyed at me for asking questions about it.
I’ve gotten food here before and it was good! I know it’s normally frozen but for a quick grab before the airport, the muffin was decent!
Ordered online for walk-in pickup. My travel time to this location was approx 5-7min and my order was ready and waiting. The order was 2 hot beverages, 1 blended, 1 iced coffee and a sandwich. Very pleasant staff and great service.
