Breakfast sandwich is my favorite! Love that they always offer soups and they taste home made. Scones are always fresh, I recommend the blackberry lime! Service is always amazing! Vibe of the place is very welcoming. One of my favorite spots here in Minot!

I absolutely love Prairie Sky Breads! As an employee, I can confidently say that the quality of the food is unmatched. The menu rotates weekly, ensuring that customers always have fresh and healthy options to choose from. The environment is perfect - it's cozy, welcoming, and has a great community feel. The bakery/coffee shop/cafe concept is such a great idea, and the fact that everything is made in-house with high-quality ingredients really shines through in the taste. And as an employee, I can say that the work environment is healthy and supportive, making it a great place to work. The community is truly blessed to have such an amazing establishment, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal, coffee, FRESH HAND MADE BREAD, the BEST pizza in town or just a comfortable place to hang out.

Surrounded by high ceilings and an upbeat atmosphere, you can nestle into a chair next to the large windows and quietly enjoy your coffee, red bull burner, teas, or thoughtfully handcrafted beverages. This particular day, they had a few tables of children who were making a craft via a group class. I awaited my pizza (seriously the best pizza in town!) and enjoyed looking on at the bustling scene before me, cup in hand, allowing time to tick by before leaving with my veggie pizza +pepperoni. I love that they run weekly specials whether it be the type of sourdough baking, the sandos, soups, or pizza of the week. Be sure to check their FB page for these and also their tiktok for the friendly humans and their vibes as they partake in the trends♡

Best bakery in Minot! I've been here many times and tried everything from the sourdough breads and scones, the pizza, soups, and various coffee drinks. Never been disappointed! The staff are always very friendly and the weekly rotating toasts, soups, and specialty pizza means there's a reason to visit often. The sourdough bread is fantastic and I usually take a loaf home. The pizzas they make on the weekend are pricey but well worth it! Whether you're catching up with friends over coffee, picking up a pizza, or bringing rolls to a family dinner this is the place!
Great coffee and food!
The food is always excellent, and they have an option to purchase day old bread/pastries for a cheaper rate. The atmosphere is very welcoming and a great spot to sit down with your laptop and do some work. They do tend to have weird hours so just be sure to check before stopping by. I highly recommend checking them out!

Everything here is awesome - one of my favorite places in Minot! By far, the best scones and cinnamon rolls I've ever had. The bread, sandwiches, and coffee have been great every time 👌
They have the best pizza in Minot hands down. They also have a new weekly special pizza each week that makes it fun to try out new and exciting pizza combinations that you will not find in any other place.
