Something to be said about how they treat their employees...and anyone that isn't white...
Summary, Derek koststelecky says that price matching is limited to if the price match is limited to if the price is below scheels cost or not.. and since my request price match is below their cost they can't match it. So understand they continue to lie about the price matching.. there are 4 steps.. the ones they list and then the 4th being if they choose to honor thier policy. Love going to scheels! They have great clothes, shoes and family friendly. Even ate lunch in the resturant there and got dip'n dots!
Went in with 5k cash to buy a few guns I was interested in and was told the first one on my list I could not buy because they were saving it for a sale next week. It makes absolutely no sense why your website says it's available you would not sell it to me. I just went somewhere that wanted the cash.
I recently visited the drinkware department at Scheels, and I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Crest. I have to say, he is one of the most outstanding workers I've ever encountered. His enthusiasm, product knowledge, and willingness to help really stood out to me. From the moment I walked into the drinkware department, Mike greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. He took the time to listen to my needs and offered personalized recommendations based on my preferences. I was blown away by his extensive knowledge of drinkware products and the attention he gave me. Not only was Mike incredibly helpful, but he also made my shopping experience fun and enjoyable. He had a great sense of humor and was genuinely interested in making sure that I found the perfect product for my needs. He was patient with my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Overall, I have to say that Mike Crest is a real asset to Scheels. He's an exceptional worker who genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they have a great experience. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you're looking for top-notch service in the drinkware department, be sure to ask for Mike Crest. He's truly one of a kind.
I had a check from the Mandan Lions to buy a gift card for our calendar raffle. I know it is a pain to accept checks. Thank you for allowing us to use our club checkbook for our raffle. We appreciate it.
Large store with many different options of sports and clothing along w toys for the water and shore. Bought a pair of Nike shoes that ended up not fitting right and returned them. The staff was very friendly and accepted the return even though the shoes were worn just once. Always try to visit this store when we come to town.
I've visited this store three times now and have yet to have a satisfying experience. So, long story short, I will not be back to the Bismarck ND store ever again. Keep up the good work !!
Just awesome to walk around. Can buy almost anything here.
As significant Bike sales and repair store it's strange they removed the bike rack:~{ It would seem All stores should have bike racks especially ones that sell & SVC.
Great store. A large selection of items reasonably priced. The staff is by for the best part of the Scheels experience. Several members of the team roaming all areas. They are very knowledgeable about the products and very eager to help.
Love going to Scheels when we visit family in Bismarck. Never had a bad experience. Store is well stocked, clean, and convenient. Staff are friendly and knowledge. Keep up the good work.

Great place to shop. They still do Customer Service. Just in case everyone forgot what that is. A real person is there to really help you find what you need.
The customer service is off the charts! If every business could base there customer service off of this company's values they all would be phenomenal businesses.
I came in today and bought a set of replacement darts and accessories. Everyone was cheerful and warm with their morning greetings. The gentleman in the games department was very helpful and quick with my requests. Thank you, everyone. Keep up the good work.

We were staying at Indian Hiills Resort on a fishing vacation. Our Minn kota trolling motor failed so we brought it in for service. It required replacement of the lower unit. As we are from Colorado, we were pretty sure we would be without and our trip would be ruined. Leroy, your service repairman, went way beyond the norm. Thank you Leroy!!! . We were back on the water in three days. He even came in on his day off. You don't get service like that very often.

Great customer service every time I visit the Bismarck Scheels. Their knowledgeable staff has helped guide me through the process of buying weight lifting equipment, cardio equipment, and—most recently—bicycle with appropriate gear.
