Good coffee but BS that they don't add points to your account when you give them your phone number or use the discounts when applicable.

Gave it 3 stars cause the drinks are good but what is the deal with them not having the chicken charizo burrito anymore for two weeks straight, most of their products are not available to order and it has been days!!! Are they closing or did they not order anything???? My boyfriend and i love going to this place to relax and enjoying our time but with products missing its hard to do that now when we love their products!!!! And you have to order online here again!!!
horrible service, waited 20 minutes for a bagel and had to remind them i needed my bagel but they were too busy laughing in the back and talking.

This is one of my favorite coffee places ever. They are always so nice and friendly. I ALWAYS have an amazing experience here. This is the best caribou location I have ever been too and am going to miss it when I graduate and move away.
December 26th I ordered a extra large dark chocolate turtle cooler received a extra large white chocolate cooler today when I was told to come back today to fix it I received the same drink but a large white chocolate cooler when I ordered a dark extra large this place just does not care about the customer's orders there's constantly messing up people's orders and just don't fix them doesn't care about the customer's
My lady says the frappe was delicious and are Blended coffees were excellent too! Try the dragon fruit Blended smoothie, it is refreshingly clean and yummy tasting!

If a white truck isn't in the parking lot, I won't stop. The younger employees are rude and seem to think it's your fault that they mess your order up.
The sparkling juices where not as good as I thought.

Sporadic, unreliable hours of business..website says open.nope.again closed yesterday and today an sign on door that you have to walk up to says dec 9 th...sign at drive through you can't read cause you can't get up to it .corned off which has been done during regular business hours so if your sitting there waiting for cones to be moved for 6 am opening you will be there all day! THE CARIBOU UP NORTH! HOURS VARY too..They close early or some Sundays not open at all.I love my caribou drinks but I'm gonna be forced to go to Starbucks if I cant get my coffee drink before starting my day on the go..There is a caribou in the cashwise north store always open cause owned by cashwise.I drive up there yesterday after driving to 2 that were closed.Customers dont want unreliable business hours that you never know from one day to the next if they are open.Im not a happy customdr.
The breakfast sandwiches were pretty gross and we had to go back three times to ask for our coffee orders. Somehow they forgot to send it through every time.
In my opinion they have dropped in customer service, Food quality, menu items, and atmosphere since they changed brands.
