This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Bismarck, ND. The vanilla latte is my go-to and it is always good. The staff there is really nice too.
The day I went, the staff seemed to be a bit crabby but it's alright. It was also extremely loud and difficult to focus on any of my work. Maybe I suggest when making hot drinks, use the trick to make drinks hot but quietly?

Decent coffee. Noisiest coffee shop I've ever visited. The squeal of the frother sounds like a dying elephant.
Great service and the drinks and breakfast sandwiches were perfect.
Fast service & good coffee. I am disappointed, though, because I always ask for extra cream cheese (because they hardly give any) and though I am charged for extra, I usually still get a measly amount.
Going through the drive-thru, My breakfast burrito was slightly burnt and I did not receive a straw with my drink. I had to return inside to get one, for which took a minute since my presence wasn’t acknowledged timely.
Came here to get morning coffee for my house guests. Once the order was placed it took forever to get our uncomplicated drinks even though no one was ahead of us. The few people who were there got their drinks before us. When we questioned the slow service we received some garble from the staffer. Will be difficult for me to return there.
Calm atmosphere and extremely friendly staff... An excellent location to get some work done and enjoy a cup of coffee!

They did give my dog a mini bagel though, and she loved it Coffee and sandwiches are good here
They are often out of most every sandwiched or smoothie. They won't take an ingredient off their premade sandwiches-like cheese, for example, before rhey heat it!!!
Not sure if they got rid of all their old staff or what, but these new ones are terrible at customer service and are slower than the old crew. They have also made my drink wrong twice now. Bring back the guy with the brilliantly colored tattoos up his arm!!!
Staff was rather rude today, in the past they have always been friendly.
Recently moved away from Einstein bagels and now serve rubber pre packaged sandwiches that are awful. Very sad change. If you liked the sandwiches before DO NOT return.
Absolutely love the caramel high rise cooler. Best coffee around! Y'all need to build a caribou coffee in mandan ND!
