Definitely would go to Chat Time for authentic bubble tea.
I found this Cafe through Google recommendations and wasn’t disappointed. Small as it may seem, it combines a good coffee (I tried Dirty London Fog) with good people (a lady owner opened a shop for me almost an hour before it usually opens, I really appreciate that!). I haven’t tried any food but I’ve a feeling that it’s as good as teas and coffee.
Great service! One of my kids wanted to buy their own stuff and Sarah was so patient with him! The whole family was very satisfied with the experience! Thank you!

such a great place! i’ve been here with my little one and she was having a rough day. one of the workers came and offered me little jelly straw which absolutely made our day. she loved it. i loved my tea and will most definitely come again!

This place is awesome! Its really well decorated and their beverages is very good as well 💯 I'm from Asia and really nice to see bubble tea and asian beverage in town! Me and my friends will always visit here when visiting bismark and the mall! 🍰
