Food tastes like nothing but it's cheap.
Always a great place to eat but you need to get there early for caramel rolls
Our waitress was Amazing! Maybe the errors on our food order was due to Mother’s Day Weekend. The wait for food was long but would have been ok if the food was hot and correct. When we order no green peppers it’s because, it causes stomach concerns. Sending the food back wasn’t an option after 45 mins to receive it.
We got right in which was great but waited 52 minutes for food for 2 people. By the time the food got there we weren’t even hungry anymore. If it’s going to take that long-they should go on a wait at the door so people know what to expect. Nearly an hour for eggs and toast is UNREAL. Won’t be back.
Store is great place old fashioned, food is great and service,too! Great to be with the family!
Definitely arguably the best "small town diner" in ND. One of the only diners still making their food from scratch and it's all incredible!

The old style dinner cafe that brings back nostalgia. Great food, reasonable prices, and great service. The caramel roll is so addictive! Just a note: you may have to wait for a table on the weekends, but it’s not too long and it worth it.

Their French toast is incredible. I haven't had anything I don't love here. The omelettes are delicious and the cottage bacon is fantastic. I tried their mashed potatoes today, and ohhhh myyyy!
Packed as aways, but excellent food and service
Love the little cottage. Food is always good, and service is top-notch. Great omelet and the best crispy hash browns I've found! Sometimes, there is a wait due to limited seating, but it's worth it.
