Wonderful catering experience for our daughters graduation open house. All of our guests complimented how delicious the pizza was. Thanks Fireflour!

My girlfriend and I were the only ones in the restaurant after 1:00 on a weekday. Ordered a delicious pizza and salads, with dressing on the side. Meal was great, service terrible.

We had to ask if the pizzas came with meat, the descriptions all looked vegetarian (they do). The combinations and ingredients baffled us a little, too many that kinda sounded like the same thing. Finally we just picked the one that had ingredients we recognized and it was sooooo good, if I could remember the name, I'd highly recommend. We shared a tiramisu, also delicious. Mine coffee was good, my husband took a sip of his and didn't continue (I don't want to repeat what he said. This is where the one star was lost for the food.) Lovely spot, good service, excellent pizza, and ok coffee. 👍🏼

There was this really beautiful waitress. She had lovely long while hair, with beautiful blue eyes. And two big personalities. The food was good too.

Stopped in and had a few different types of pizzas and they all were amazing!!! Definitely recommend. I don't typically like pizza all that much but the pizza here is definitely worth trying out.

A simple, contemporary pizzeria with an exciting menu. The wood fire oven gives the pizza a distinct texture that can't be found anywhere in Bismarck. Great for date night, lunch with a friend, or a sit down spot for a quick drink with a surprising amount of choices both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Pizza was really delicious and had a perfect sauce! The crust to cheese to sauce ratio was on point!

I'd only read about genuine Italian 'za, I've not been to Italy to try it or anything. Since this place gets such raves for its Neopolitan-style fare and goes to such lengths as having their flour shipped in from Italy, I had to check it out. And it didn't disappoint. The oven seemed bigger than the whole place - just a few tables surrounding a prep area holding the giant oven, heated to a toasty 900°. The pizza options on the menu were foreign to me, I had to ask what some things meant. But my white pizza was delicioso! It is hard to describe, someone said and I agree: it's both thin crispy yummyness AND soft, ooey-gooey melting in your mouth along with the cheese, tastyness. Who wouldn't that satisfy? My only complaint is the (likely unavoidable) black scorch spots on the bottom of the crust, affecting the taste a bit. It's not enough to turn me off their pizza by any means, just the only thing keeping it from perfection...but surely there's no such thing.

Walking down the road to the restaurant, your attention is immediately captured by the intoxicating aroma that is Fireflour. It is small in size, but don't be misled by that. As you open the door, the smell wafts over you wrapping you in a pizza heaven! I seriously wish I could bottle that smell! The staff was amazingly friendly. We enjoyed the conversations we shared with them and their character. We had the olives, which I didn't photograph but, they were hands down the best olives we've ever had! They still have the pits in them so be diligent when biting in. As for the pizza, it is thin crust but not overly crispy. It still chewy and soft with the perfect amount of crunch. The flavor is what you search for in every slice you bite into. It's tangy, savory, robust, and tantalizing. We got a white pizza and a red pizza (only photographed the red, silly me!) We regret nothing. They were both phenomenal. It's a 3.5 hour drive to Bismarck from where we live but it's worth the drive to be able to enjoy a pie or two from here again. 10 out of 10 we fully recommend!

Probably the best thing crust pizza I've had in Bismarck. They have some tasty and unique options, yet were great in accommodating my picky child who won't eat anything but traditional cheese pizza. They even split the pizza in half so I could enjoy the pizza as well.

Passing through and read on Google and trip advisor that this is one of the best pizza places in the area. Well the pies that we had was very delicious. Nice and crispy. The service was outstanding. Their ovens are around 900°F. Their pizzas are 12 inches Neapolitan style. They make their dough from scratch daily fermenting at least 48 hours

Coming from Brooklyn, I did NOT expect to have this great of a pizza in North Dakota. Utterly shocked in the best way. I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Great staff, great pizza, go check it out.
