One of my favorite restaurants in wilmington for good home cooked southern food. Never disappoints. This is by far the best location.

Sawmill recently catered our daughter's wedding. They were so easy to work with and the food got rave reviews, especially the brisket. I highly recommend them for your event.

Very nice find. Hush puppies were tasty. Could've used a little more bacon on the BLT but they did have rye bread which was nice. Also got a shrimp Po boy which has a generous amount of shrimp and very good. Service was friendly and good. Recommend!

Great place for some great local food. Laid back, casual atmosphere. For reference I paid well under $20 for a shrimp and flounder platter, and around $15 for a fried oyster platterand it was excellent food. The staff are very nice and engaging. We always enjoy or stops here. Great place for families.

I had a really great chicken fried steak breakfast. The coffee was good, prices fair, and the staff was kind. Great drop in, especially if you need breakfast before a flight.

Really good and friendly service. The food is always hot. The salad was extra fresh, and the ranch dressing is house made. Patient, senior friendly, and the manager walks around and greets the customers. You don't get that anymore.

My husband and I were visiting the area from Atlanta, Georgia. The Airbnb we rented for four days did not have breakfast food available, so we chose The Sawmill Cafe. I am so glad we did! While the meal was a bit slow in getting to the table because the kitchen was busy. The servers made up for it by being so sweet. If you are in Castle Hayne, North Carolina, go to The Saw Mill Cafe for breakfast! The cheese grits were phenomenal!
