the protein shakes are delicious 🤤 they’re so so filling and high protein!! the owner Sheri (sp?) has amazing joyful energy and she’ll make sure you get everything you want in ur shake!! I got the cinnamon caramel coffee and my husband got the fried oreo !! both were amazing!!!

I drive an hour & 45 minutes to get one of their shakes!! They make the best shakes & is well worth the money!! Sherry & Mickey are so knowledgeable, friendly & welcoming which makes for a great experience!! They pride themselves on exceptional customer service which they deliver consistently!! I would highly recommend you stop in & meet them & try one of their delicious shakes & teas!!!

Not originally from the area but every time i'm in town I make sure to stop by and get a tea... The owners are so sweet, and friendly. I never miss an opportunity to stop by and see them. Best location, clean and beautiful shop!
The absolute BEST teas and shakes in Wilmington and the BEST hospitality when you walk in the door. I felt right at home and so welcomed when I walked in here the first time with the sweetest girl behind the counter. Cannot recommend this place more!

I am so so so happy I found you! Definitely a clean replacement for the energy boost I typically could use through any day. Drinks are super refreshing, with an amazing assortment of inventive flavor combinations. I love the creativity in the names. Owners are amazing folk, down to Earth… genuine people. Stop in for a pick me up that is also super healthy and low in sugar.
Great place to come and get a smoothie and amazing drinks,teas! A great pick me up for your sluggishness. B12, collagen, aloe, and many more vitamins to choose from! Great view to see the water on and sip your drink!
This place is awesome for low Calorie/ healthy options that still taste amazing. Not to mention the owner/manager I talked to was the nicest person I've ever interacted with. I will definitely go back.
The Nutrition Spot is one of the best Herbalife shake shops in Wilmington! The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a great view of the downtown riverwalk. Sherri and Mickey are the best shake and tea makers around! Downtown Wilmington’s best kept secret! Not only are the shakes the best tasting meal replacements I’ve ever had, but the staff is warm and welcoming from the second you walk in the doors. The owners took so much time giving me the run down on everything they have to offer. If you’re looking for a nutritious and delicious protein shake, this is your spot! It doesn’t stop there! This family owned and operated business has everything from delicious tasting teas to protein snacks on-the-go! Did I mention this establishment is absolutely stunning? Dine in and enjoy the breathtaking waterfront view or grab and go! Either way-you’re bound to be back! What an amazing addition to the downtown area! The space is beautiful and bright and is extremely clean. Ms Sherri was absolutely wonderful and so welcoming. It’s hard to have a bad day when you’re around her. They had over 100 menu items to choose from and she took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail. I was extremely impressed and felt very taken care of. You’re a gem, Sherri!
I went for the first time this morning after my workout at Axis a few doors down. The Nutrition Spot staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I was overwhelmed by all the amazing flavors and supplements offered and they really helped me narrow in on the right options for me (everything was so delicious!). I will definitely be going back!
I’m addicted. This is my daily go to spot for energy. So many flavor options and the friendliest staff! My favorite flavor is the River Place mega tea!
