Coffee is meh. Vigilant Hope roastery is the best in ILM. My go-to is dopio con Panna. They have no whipped cream?!?

The coffee isn’t that great. The food was overpriced. Not recommended.

I drifted into this coffee shop after my Ford Lehman engine gave out on my single screw trawler. I was happy to find that not only was there a lot of driftwood in here that the coffee dripped very nicely into my cup. I was happy to find decaffeinated coffee here as the caffeinated versions often hurt my chest and loins. I shall return please wait for me.

They serve Ceremony beans so I know the coffee is good without having it. They make their own chai from whole spices and it was very authentic, creamy, and gently sweet. Will seek it out next time in town. Friendly service with a knowledgeable barista

I stopped here to work for a couple hours before heading to the airport. While it is small inside, the environment is so cozy and so friendly! The person who took my order was extremely nice, the coffee was great, and the small tables and free wifi made it a great spot to get some work done. If I'm ever back in Wilmington, I'd love to come back here.

Sadly, people take your drinks here. Staff never called out my name. They didn't even notice until I said something.

Drift Coffee Shop, over priced, the banana toast the bread was over toasted and hard and was absolutely nothing special, coffee was awful as well. Not worth the money.

My wife and I drove down from Raleigh on a day trip specifically to visit this place because we had it saved in our list of coffee shops. The place is really nice, bright, and clean inside. The service was decent, but the price was a little higher compared to other coffee shops of similar drink orders which can be common. They do not serve hazelnut, but my wife really enjoyed her hot vanilla latte though. I enjoyed my iced Chai Latte although it tasted a little watered down or a little more tasteless as soon as I got it, which wasn't a deal breaker because it was still good. Next time I'll try a hot version. Other than that we enjoyed our visit and plan to come by again when we come back down to visit the beach.

Definitely was great. Very Friendly. The pumpkin spice latte was the best. Just enough syrup. The flavor of the coffee was delicious.

Missed the mark in all areas for the price, cool business story but I feel they're riding Mayfaire's coattails. 2 Miniature drinks and 2 small food items cost over $40 with tip. Wasn't any better than Starbucks, For a slow Mid Morning Sunday there were plenty of open seats but every spot was filthy and the cushions were tired. Annoying paper wax straw broke off in half into my drink while waiting forever for our food, They were out of bacon, and I'am pretty sure the 16yo kids were just goofing off and didnt see our order come into the kitchen because there was no other food that had been ordered before or after us. When we finally got our food you could tell it was put together hastily.
