The best teas and shakes in town, not to mention that the owners are awesome! I have been with them now for almost three years and I love it at downtown nutrition
1st time there and I already know Im going to be a regular. Amazing service, great selection of teas and shakes. Amanda found out my coworkers and I were on double shifts and brought us samples of the energy tea to keep us going. She is very accommodating and gave us many options for future orders!! She is amazing!!! So glad my need for a quick healthy breakfast brought me to this amazing place.
Best shake and tea place ever!! I walk to Amanda at least 3 times a week in between clients to get a shake to hold off my hunger. Go get a shake there!!

It’s been a while since i have felt motivated to get back into shape, stay focus and have the energy to do it again. I tried the Azalea Lush tea bomb and I was ready to go! I usually feel very lagged through the day and the tea helped me get through the day and work through, all the while feeling great that is was totally beneficial to my mind, body and weight loss journey! Not to mention it was DELICIOUS! The owner has all the knowledge to help get exactly what you need for the day!

I love stopping by to get a healthy meal replacement shake. My favorite is the Elvis shake. My favorite tea bomb is the hot tamale. There’s a huge variety so there’s something for everyone. The drinks are delicious. The owners are wonderful people.
I went in today and am extremely frustrated due to the fact that not a single person working there had a mask on. Do better
Downtown ILM Nutrition is the best spot to go downtown for a tasty, healthy drink. The new owner, Amanda, and her kids make you feel right at home. Very cozy decor and speedy service. I highly recommend the “Love Potion Tea Bomb”

If you are in the downtown area and want a quick pick me up go and grab a tea bomb, I promise you will be feeling better shortly after. They also have smoothies that are meal replacements in an assortment of flavors, if you are trying to watch your weight this is worth a try.
