My sister is visiting from out of state. She visited a few days ago and the young girl she encountered was pleasant but today, her experience was terrible. The older woman with blonde hair was rude and very curt. Was trying to rush my sister even though she didn't know how to order a specific kind of drink. She made her feel like an inconvenience. Not a way to run a business driven by paying customers.
I have been here several times, today I had a peppermint mocha latte and it was probably the best peppermint mocha I have ever had. I have never been disappointed by this cafe! They have a very good cheese danish, not too sweet. It's a big one though!
Great protein coffee shakes, great Elvis cinnamon roll. Tried the cold brew with salted caramel today, also good. And they were happy to fill up my toddler's water. Overall amazing place, sad we're moving away.
Service is great, girls very friendly and awesome personality, expeditious in every way and need possible go and try as many wonderful desserts possible 🤣😀
This is the best coffee shoppe! I always love to come by and get a sugar free salted caramel protein drink, it’s always amazing!

Best coffee and pastries in town! Staff is super friendly and helpful. If in need of any sort of coffee, GO HERE. So much better than Starbucks or Dunkin'.
Cool place. Very cozy, plenty of places to sit and enjoy your drink and snack. Decent prices and a very wide selection of drinks and flavors.
This is a friendly, locally owned DRINK shop and Bakery. They have hot or iced drinks, coffee drinks, smoothies, teas, lemonades, chai, and the fantastic infused red bull drinks Italian soda style. The have a rewards program that works for the bakery AND the ice cream shop. Let's talk pastries, made in house, oh, they have savory and sweet: pizza, s'mores, peanut butter, ham n cheese, fruit and traditional cinnamon buns, as well as other flavors. They get Giovanni's bagels, enough said there, and Darels filled croissants from Jacksonville. They take special cake, cupcake dessert orders as well. The Cheese Danish is the best I've ever had, and they sell out. Also, the next day pastries, Just As Good, but Discounted! The staff are all local, sweet and have smiles on their faces. Not to mention it's a family run business that's active in the community. Lastly, the loose tea section in the store is quite special and delightful. This place is a MUST VISIT in Swansboro.

This is a great place to relax with your favorite coffee, tea, smoothie or protein drink. Looking for bubble tea? Yep, they have it. How about a fresh, made from scratch pastry? A healthy yogurt parfait? With bakers in house 7 days a week, you will always find the freshest options around. If you haven't been there yet, you're missing a great experience!
We visited on Jan 16th ,2023 The coffee here is sooooo good! The 2 lady's were so nice and welcoming and easy to talk too ! The cake pops are awesome .this was our first time here and we will definitely be back way better then Dunkin and Starbucks coffee in my opinion:)

I love this place! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The baked goodies are to die for and the coffee tastes amazing! Erin has done a phenomenal job with this shop, which was a much needed addition to Swansboro. Forget those big chain coffees! Sweeter Things is the place to be!

My husband and I visited twice. First day there was low inventory. Asked if they would be baking more cookies, etc., for the following day and were told, “Yes”. We returned the following day and there was even less inventory. We were not greeted either day. The first day, one of us spoke first. The second day, we just left after we were left just standing there with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Customer service training needed. Also, you need some bakery items in order to be considered a bakery. We will not be returning.

I loved that they have Gluten free options for food. Super helpful making drink choices with their abundance of options 😍😍 the staff was kind and fun! The only thing I'd like to see different is some shorter tables...short girl problems.
Rude employees, terrible customer service skills and she didn't even attempt to make the drinks correctly.
