Friendly staff. Clean facilities
Gloria jeans is by far the most welcoming coffee shop I’ve been to. The staff is always so sweet and the drinks are delicious! And if you haven’t tried their lavender lemonade yet it’s a must try!
“Every girls crazy bout a sharp dressed man…” Let me just say that the sharp dressed gentleman who took our order and interacted with us was phenomenal in every way. He was truly a breath of fresh air in a society which doesn’t care of their fellow man. I wish I had gotten his name but we were too busy enjoying his upbeat personality and the light conversation. The coffees were made perfectly and his presence made the stop a complete success for us in every way.
Really enjoyed the coffee and was greeted with friendly faces & great customer service. My new favorite coffee shop!

Did not make correct order and refused to give me the correct order
My husband and I needed a pick me up. The staff were knowledgeable about their products and the coffee and latte were great!

Excellent coffee shop with friendly service and a variety of options! Very reasonably priced and good portions also. I did not get a chance to try any of the food there, but it looked good! Coffee on the other hand was very good. Will definitely go back!
Best coffee and muffin. Also best vibe. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable. It was a pleasurable experience just getting coffee. I recommend.
Gloria Jeans is a good coffee shop inside of the mall. Great service and tons of drink options including some cold smoothies.

Gloria Jeans Coffee has been around for a long time. Had the opportunity to stop by the Crabtree Mall location in Raleigh over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised to see they have a location there. I stopped in and had a wonderful coffee drink. Great place for a great cup of coffee ☕ 👌
Great espresso coffee from this great staff.
Nothing like the stores in Australia. The coffee was mediocre at best and made poorly. The staff where friendly but didn't look too motivated. Just chatting to each other and listening to music on their headphones.
I’m so glad I checked this place out! The customer service, and beverage were phenomenal. I explained to the barista (who happened to be one of the owners) what I usually get from places like Starbucks and he was able to give me a great suggestion. My son tasted my drink and then decided he wanted one. The owner was super friendly, and down to earth. I’ll be stopping in every time I’m in Crabtree!
Why wait in the long lines for your coffee at that other coffee shop? Employees are always nice and spot on with their suggestions. Coffee is pretty good too.
Great service by “Big Joe”. Came in after a rough experience at the Apple store, and needed a place to jump on a couple work calls. He had such a great attitude and was super kind, actually he kind of got me pumped up for my call! It was also a nice quiet spot for me to handle a couple of meetings at too! Thanks Big Joe, you rock
