One thing’s for sure. A crepe and a latte from Bad Cat coffee is going to be yummy. The food quality is trash; delicious delicious trash. Don’t let its location or the fact that Bad Cat’s star menu item conjures expectations of pretentiousness fool you. This place is for folks who love bisquick and corn syrup unapologetically. Flavors are balanced and tasty. Coffee is watery. If you’re into diner vibes these folks do it better than many. Foodies beware. You will not like it here. Four stars because I know some of you will love it, even if we didn’t.

GOOD: Very friendly and helpful staff. I ordered a hot butterscotch coffee and a Nutella crepe. They were out of marshmallows, but I ordered it anyway. The coffee is VERY GOOD, better than Starbucks. BAD: Crepe had SO MUCH Nutella in it. Way too much. There was a 1/4 cup I had to squeeze out to eat it. Still, it was okay.

Bat cat lives up to its name , it's pretty bad ! Coffee is weak , service was horrendous all they do is chit chat amongst each other rather than work . The bagel was straight trash ! Lenders was actually better can't believe I'm saying this . Lack in flavor and butter there was none when asked for bagel toasted with butter super simple. Be prepared to wait 20-30 min for your order and not because there busy. Stay away from this place !

Staff is friendly. Coffee is fabulous!!! Crepes are delicious. This tiny kiosk puts out amazing food and delicious coffee.

The wife loved this place. It's located right on front of the entrance doors in The Morgan Food Hall. The staff was super friendly and there merchandise caught her eye right as we cane in. I'm not a coffee drinker. She is said the regular coffee with vanilla was really good.

Took 25 minutes to get a terrible bagel. No exaggeration. It was busy, but not that busy.

Horrible experience. We got there around 10 and ordered- maybe 1 person in front of us at the time. They said 15 minutes, no worries at all! We waited and after about 40 minutes just went up to check on the status of our order since it had been so long. The girl making the crepes immediately started throwing a tantrum talking about how they’re getting to it and they’re super busy and just having a major attitude and really just being so incredibly rude it took me back. We just were trying to ask about the timeline since we were told it was 15 minutes and it had been 40 at this point. Then when the food actually came out the crepes were raw, there was skins still on the banana and the inside was still cold. The person taking orders was extremely sweet and I feel bad that she has to put up with the girl making the orders since apparently asking where your food is just sets her off. We absolutely won’t be back.
