I’m from up north where Biggby has its roots so I was thrilled to see one in my new home state! The matcha is my favorite!! And the bragels are perfect for breakfast on the road. Quick service and friendly staff, too 🙂

Came in this morning and was met by Sarah at the window. The drive through option is so convenient. The customer service is what really made the experience stand out. Sarah was very inviting and gave me some great info on the shop. Took the time to ask my name and make it a personal experience. This is SO rare these days! If I owned a business I would want 12 Sarah’s working for me, LOL!! My honey, cinnamon, vanilla lattee with just 2% added was great & strong. I highly recommend this coffee shop!
I have spent most of my childhood in the McCullough neighborhood. I was off at college when I found out about Biggby Coffee opening up. I was overjoyed, ecstatic, whatever adjective you want to use. My first time was very pleasant. I highly recommend the strawberry banana smoothie. They constantly have specials throughout the week. I will definitely be back

We love love love LOVE Biggby Coffee! From fur babies to two legged humans we recommend you try Biggby Coffee. The staff is some of the nicest people I have ever met & it Defiantly helps they love seeing our dogs! Don't forget to get you pups a "Pup Cup" <3

WOW! I stopped for an iced latte and a “bragel” breakfast sandwich this morning, and I will definitely be back! Aside from the coffee/food being incredible, the customer service was amazing! Highly recommend stopping by!
The coffee is the best. They also offer donuts and a Cuban sandwich. All in all I look forward to my coffee and catching up with the service staff. I feel welcomed every time.
This biggby is the first one in the south here that I know of... just as good and/or better than most large chain coffee. They like to branch outside of the normal coffee and latte offerings. Their chocolate is very rich, their drinks are very unique. It's like Starbucks but with a more custom feel straight off the menu
The lady's who work here are so friendly, the coffee/food are great. The service is the absolute best. Highly recommend this place.
So awesome to see a Bigby Coffee in the Charlotte area. Fell in love with these in recent road trips through Ohio & Michigan. Great coffee, good bagels sandwiches, and great service at this new locations. Owners are very involved and great atmosphere. Hope to see Bigby Coffee succeed in North Carolina.
