The coffee is amazing, I like most of what I have ordered here. Most of the people here are great. My biggest disappointment is the newest addition to the staff (cashier). In my opinion her customer service is HORRIBLE! We have witnessed her roll her eyes, mix up our order, and snip at us while ordering. I only return here because my children seems to like it here so much. I will be honest though I have drastically decreased the visits because I don't have to continue to accept poor customer service to get decent coffee. I'd take mediocre coffee with great customer service anyday.
They have the best coffee in Kannapolis. Delicious and a fair price. The staff are always very friendly.
The coffee is great and the employees are alway nice. It’s my new regular coffee stop!

Visited this shop on 03/14 around 5:30pm and literally had the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a coffee shop. I didn't even ask for the employee's name because I have no doubt she would have given me a fake one. After the second attempt at my drink (a hot latte with a SF flavor) was still wrong, along with the worst attitude from the employee, I asked for a refund since my order was causing so much trouble. She simply huffed that she couldn't give me a refund and would "have to remake my order." Don't waste your time here.
My drink was good but the service was great.

Best coffee ever!! Doesn't matter if you order hot, iced or frozen, it's going to be perfect!! Great customer service too. Let's be clear, French Express is the real STAR of coffee. No question.
Went in for a cappuccino. They were very busy. Nice atmosphere, free wifi, cute spot to meet or just kick back and relax.

I actually love there Coffee and I’ve been been going here 3 to for times a week and I’m just now noticing a blue lives Mater flag in relation to the police and I no longer feel comfortable getting coffee here back to Starbucks I go
A hidden gem! The toughest part is getting in and out of the parking lot in the right direction...well worth the work though!!! Best coffee in town!
I use to love this coffee shop. Was headed there today and to my surprise a huge anti Black Lives Matter flag floating about. That’s so disappointing is the American Flag not enough? This flag has caused so much division and to see this coffee shop support and aide in that division is disheartening.
I love this coffee shop. The staff is friendly and gets to know you, especially when you are going in the morning and afternoon. The French express mocha is the best drink on the menu and if Ivy is working have her make it for you and you'll have a super awesome day.
I used to love this place. My friends and I went here all the time in high school, then we continued to return when we visited home during college breaks. The drink quality, the atmosphere, the friendly staff all made the place feel happy, safe, and cozy. However, I was very disappointed to see this establishment display a blue lives matter flag on their property, and am so sad to no longer be able to support personally or recommend their business to others as I have done for years. I understand they were honoring a fallen officer with a drink and scholarship donation, however this flag has been associated with so much hate and it is unnecessary to add the flag to what could have been a beautiful gesture in someone's memory.

Don’t let its small size fool you- this coffee shop is a standout. If you’re looking for a seasonal drink, I highly recommend the gingerbread mocha.
