Not sure but I think the bad reviews are because people liked the human bean and not the true coffee review. I ordered off DoorDash and was really surprised at how good it was! I wasn’t really a Human Bean fan personally. So, I liked it a lot. The Iced Sweet and Salty Mocha was great!
I miss the Human Bean, but the employees and coffee are still good!
So sad that human bean sold. Their coffee no where near human beans. Tried several times not good

What a massive disappointment this has been. We used to go to Human Bean multiple times a week, staff knew our orders. Since the change we tried it twice and didn’t finish our drinks either time. What a disappointment
Stop by last weekend with my girlfriend and we were shocked how good the CCC Cold Brew and Chi Latte was. We will definitely be returning and checking out the other locations around Charlotte.
Bring back Human Bean! This place now is the same price but half the quality. Don’t waste your money, could make better coffee with Maxwell House at home! Would be 0 stars if that was an option.
Love the staff 5 starts! But when they were Human Bean the coffee was so much better and they were on door dash. Now the coffee isn't as good and I can't get delivery anyway. Please bring Human Bean back 💔
I was so surprised by the quality for the cost. It is the most reasonably cost coffee nearby and it absolutely delicious. I've tried a few different drinks and loved all of them. Everyone who works there is also so nice!
