Great little spot! We really enjoyed it! Seemed to be a very popular spot. Service was good as was the food. Would gladly visit again if in the area!

Well why would anyone give a sandwich shop five stars because it's awesome. This was my first time and I am already planning to go back. I had the tuna salad sandwich and next I am going to try the hamburger.
Love this place. One of the best in Franklin. They have the best sandwiches, especially the Barbeque. I get it every time with the Broccoli and cheese soup.
The Gazebo Creekside Cafe is a local favorite. Big selection of deli sandwiches, salads, soups, and other items. With multiple levels of decks that overlook a small creek you always have a nice view and pleasant breeze. They also have daily specials and are busy with takeouts and deliveries.
Thank you for a great lunch…..there were 24 in or group and not one complaint in the group….food was great…service was wonderful…..one of you staff even helped get our Corvettes parked…you are all appreciated…
Man! This is one of my favorite places in Franklin. Highly recommend! Tables inside or right beside the river. It’s just like a little deli with sandwiches and delicious soups and pies, next time you get a chance to eat out this is the place to go❤️
Went inside and sat down. Waited over 10min and no one even acknowledged our existence. They have a sign by the front door saying seat yourself. We sat right at the entrance by the pay counter. No menus, no one took our drink order. They brought others menus to people who came in after us when they came in. Basically was invisible horrendous service won’t be back and do not recommend.

Quick and Friendly Service. Excellent Food
It's a very nice little cafe, in a beautiful setting. The staff are very nice and friendly but the food, at least what I had, was nothing to write home about. I had the French dip sandwich, and to be honest, the French dip sandwiches I have had from Arby's are better. It's just didn't have any flavor. I'm pretty sure the roast beef was just from a big box store, and the au jus was too salty with a very one-note flavor. But on a passive note, I don't feel like I overpaid for what I got. Their prices are pretty low. So I would probably go again and try something else.
