All the bread and pastries are excellent. The coffee drinks are relatively small though. The atmosphere is very nice, a great place to relax with lots of places to sit. Plus the service was great. Overall five stars best bread and pastries in Franklin, just wish the coffees were bigger.

My husband and I travel a lot and are always looking for pastries and coffee… this place has the best pastries I have ever had. The cinnamon rolls, croissants, focaccia, and fig Brie tart were all to die for . Coffee is solid as well. Definitely recommend

Staying in Franklin for a few weeks and found this local coffe & bread shop!!! OMG the white chocolate lavender latte…. TO DIE FOR! 😍♥️. I also ordered the apple pie cookies, macaroons and a loaf of sour bread! AMAZING!!!! Keep up the great work Bent Willow Team!

I have visited the bakery more than a few times when visiting or traveling through the area. The bread and bakery products are crafted with precision and care and so innovative. I especially love experiencing the seasonal specialties including the coffees and other beverages! I believe what makes Bent Willow truly outstanding is the cozy, welcoming atmosphere, the kindness and warm smiles of each staff person and the experience and knowledge they bring to each customer.

The baked goods are always delicious and it is a really nice space in which to sit a relax with a cup of coffee and a friend. The counter staff, however, need some serious training/attitude adjustment; they consistently give off a 'cool kids' vibe that is genuinely unwelcoming. Appreciate the owner's response to my feedback and I now have a better appreciation for why that the bakery is not open on Sundays .

My new favorite place!! Such a cute atmosphere. Loads of charm! Cozy little rooms. Pastries bread even syrups for the coffee made from scratch. You won’t be disappointed

Wonderful little bakery hidden away in a Victorian style home with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Order at the counter, then find a cozy spot somewhere in the house to relax with friends or curl up to a book while eating fresh baked goods and made to order coffees and teas.

We recently bought a home in Franklin and my wife found out about Bent Willow the last time she was up. My friend and I stopped in before hiking and were blown away by the quality of the baked goods. I had the spinach and artichoke galette and the spiced apple muffin. Both were great. My friend had the almond croissant and it was the best croissant I've ever had! I tried to go back up and get one to go but they were already sold out. I did get some caramelized onion fig and goat cheese focaccia bread to go and it was amazing as well. We will be coming here every time we come up to Franklin from now on. Can't wait to try everything.

Beautiful hometown bakery. Focaccia was a delicious treat along with their matcha latte. It also looks like they cater to local gatherings 👍

Definitely worth a stop on your way to the Smokies! We tried several items and all were amazing. The focaccia had to be my favorite, so soft inside yet slightly crunchy outside, flavorful and just delicious.

The best coffee place in the area! Amazing lattes and fresh baked pastries & bread. Every time we come in, there’s always something new baked, love it. We always come back here when we’re visiting Franklin.
