They have tons of begals and options to chose from they are friendly and quick with getting the food to you I can't really complain about this place a whole lot if you like begals this is definitely a place to come

Saddest breakfast sandwich I've encountered at an Einstein bagels. They put a child sized portion of egg an bacon in the sandwich. Go to subway instead.
After multiple experiences here: You will order a meal expecting palatable food and you will receive lukewarm sadness smeared with cream cheese. Joy will turn to ash in your mouth, your eyes will flow freely of sorrow, and your wife will leave you for a man that buys food held at proper holding temperatures. This restaurant left me as crestfallen as all of the OT kids.
I took ONE sip of the iced vanilla latte and profusely browned my pants! My girlfriend sipped hers and now is throwing up everywhere! Not cool Einstein, we will not be back.
So good consistently- got lunch twice. Great bagel sandwiches and coffee.
This place is always closed, they are closed more than they are open and their hours are horrible for being on base because some people have to go to work.
I went to The Einstein Bros. Location in the Washington DC Union Station a few wks. ago. This was my 1st time going. It wasn't a long wait & the sandwich & the drink i had with it was very good. Now that I know there's a location in NC, I'm going to try & go soon.

This location is terrible. Its like a knock off einstein’s. They never have anything they are supposed to. If you get a specialty bagel they dont have the actual bagel that comes with it and they dont carry the different flavored spreads at all. Ive been to a lot of einsteins and this one is one of the worst simply because they dont offer half of the stuff. They should just turn off the menu screens.
Farm house with 2 eggs, they made sure to charge me for 2 but only gave me one. Outstanding how bad they are, their coffee tastes rancid and I've seen thicker cut bacon at dennys.
Another place with bad customer service.

Great food but the service an the waiting time is not worth it... I used to love this place because the food is really tasty but now I have to think about it if I REALLY want to wait 30 minutes to receive my order and on top of that pray that it come out correctly... Is so sad for a place with good food...
I have ordered a Farm House and have been waiting for it for the last 30 minutes! It is unacceptable how much customers have to wait. It seems that store do not care customers must go back to work! 35 minutes later… and still waiting for the Farm House UPDATE: I waited for 40 minutes to be told that they run out of Farm House… unbelievable! The worst customer service ever! Will never come back again
Unfortunately our food was cold and not cooked all the way through and paid for additional items to be added and didn’t receive those items.
I just called to ask a question it rang 5 times. I hung up. Not interested anymore.
Great place to go. Only bagel shop in Fayetteville. Only problem is by noon they sell out on bagels and takes forever for them to make more
