Staff is always friendly and the drinks are delicious. Only negative is their parking lot is too small.

Great coffee and seating areas, parking is almost always hard to get and you’re better off parking across the main street.
This is my first time trying and I can say they are better than Starbucks! Very delicious!
This is my go to place over all other options. Absolutely love the selection of drinks and food. I do not like going in and will only do the drive-thru.
This Caribou Coffee is a nice spot. It seems pretty popular. There's usually a lively vibe at different times of day. The coffee drinks are delicious, just wish they weren't so expensive but it seems that that's the norm nowadays. I really like the cold Nitro latte with a couple vanilla shots. I haven't tried their food so I can't comment on that...trying to keep my coffee bill relatively low 😊

Great little caribou. Friendly staff. However parking is very limited because of the small footprint they are on.
love the coffee!!! We mainly use the drive through. Please tell your regular patrons who sit outside not to park their cars blocking the drive through. And, please fix the huge potholes. 😊
Drinks and service are great. The fireplace is warm and cozy but the parking bites. Something really needs to be done. I feel they lose business because of the parking. I've seen people pull in and then leave because there was nowhere to park.
The people who work here are saints! They are calm cool and collected even with some long lines. I was in Cary for a week and came here almost daily as it was close to where the family was staying. They are quick and friendly - I highly recommend!

The folks behind the counter were great (5 stars) but my beverage and parking experience weren't. I loved Caribou when I was in college and stopped by one recently for a treat. Sadly, the spiced chai latte seems to have changed significantly. It was so sweet it was not drinkable, even after I tried mixing in black coffee at home later (and I like dirty chai lattes). With tip, that was $8 down the drain. The parking lot is also a big pain. It's tough to get into a spot and once you're in, you might get your bumper caught on rebar sticking out of the concrete. Between the drink and needing to get my bumper fixed now, it was not a good morning.
Cute and has a drive thru. I went in around 730pm for coffee and it was luke warm hence the 3 stars. Maybe this was an “off” night but hot coffee should be the minimum at a coffee shop.
Great service, amazing drinks and food. Definitely stop at this Caribou! And if you haven't tried Caribou, you need to... Their pumpkin latte tastes heavenly!
The bathroom was the worst experience of a bathroom. Ordered a chai and it was too expensive for what I received.
Went in for a quick meeting. There were 2 of us. Had a Chai latte and a hot chocolate. The Chai latte was pretty good according to my friend but my hot chocolate was not very chocolaty especially fir the price....
