It has its own parking lot. That is why I stopped. If you have ever been to Carolina Beach, you know the importance of parking. Don’t get me wrong, I love being able to park and stroll the streets. But, sometimes I just want to hang out at one place. That is exactly what you will want to do once you walk into The Vault. I was greeted immediately by Kasey, the friendliest bartender I have met in a long while. She asked if I was looking for coffee or beer and well, it was two in the afternoon so, “Time for beer!” Samples were offered to make sure I was drinking happy before I committed to an entire pint and I was sold. This is the place to be. I snapped a few photos, connected to the free guest wi-fi, and proceeded to type while drinking my Mutiny Irish Red Ale. Once a bank, The Vault now uses the ‘vault’ to store and wine in the most beautiful manner. You must walk in and experience it for yourself. Walk in as a stranger; leave as a friend.
Decided to try The Vault this morning for coffee. Nice place except for the 2 young ladies that made my latte. One of them that was holding the cup put her hands inside the cup as she was picking it up as well as again as she was talking with the other lady. Very unprofessional as well as against sanitary conditions.
I'm not a fan of frozen coffee, but this place changed my mind! I love coffee. Me and my wife were walking around town in Carolina Beach, and we stumbled across this place. We decided to go in and get frozen coffee, as my wife loves frozen coffee. I'm not a fan of frozen coffee, but I was hot and needed to cool down. The cashier that helped us was very friendly. She had a smile on her face and was incredibly welcoming. Upon getting our frozen coffee, I took a sip and my mind was blown. I've never had a frozen coffee that had such deep and complex coffee flavor! Most frozen coffee has a drowned out coffee flavor due to the ice cream, but this place made it to where the coffee still had a very forward and robust coffee flavor, despite it being refreshingly cold and sweet due to the ice cream. I've never had a frozen coffee with this kind of flavor. If you're looking for the best frozen coffee you've ever had, this is the place!!
Great place to grab a great cup of coffee, what made it better was the ambience and the friendliness of the staff. Will definitely be back.
Just had a perfect small extra-dry vanilla cappuccino. Highly Recommend!

Spotlessly clean—every inch of this facility sparkles. Bar, lounge and table seating—something for everyone. Good service and coffee too.
The Crew there today was really spot on 👍 Courteous, thorough, and prompt ♥️ a must have before you hit the beach ⛱️ 😎 Go there and enjoy the day it has an actual bank vault door in the shop. So cool. 5 stars
The best blended coffee drinks I’ve ever had. The chia latte is insane and my husband had a blended vanilla latte also sooooooo delicious.

Exactly what we were lookin for. Good coffee, beers on tap, and some tastefully placed tvs where we were able to catch a playoff game. Comfortable spot, nice ambiance, and friendly staff!

This place has wine and coffee! Their coffee is pretty good and strong. We met the owner and she’s so nice and a local too! You can just come hang out here after a long day at the beach. It’s a fun vibe and they have very nice seating. Be sure to check out the “vault” Can’t wait to go back!

Came here a second time after letting the owner know a few weeks ago that their coffee was really watered down. Went a second time and Ordered a quad espresso over ice with oatmilk through the drive though. As we were driving away we tried it right away knew it was an iced coffee- i was a barista for 5 years. I brought it back in and asked them if they used iced coffee. After I insisted it was not espresso, they finally admitted it was an iced coffee concentrate. They finally remade it but what a pain. We live here so there are not a lot of good coffee places and we wanted to support a small business but I don't recommend.however when we did get the real espresso it was very good.
