I kept hearing things on a local Facebook review about this place so I wanted to check it out. I was not disappointed, it was so good! Coffee was perfect and the service was quick (especially considering the place was busy) and friendly.

Willie's are the best bagels and Flagels "Flat Bagels". Period. He and his family have come from LI, where I would stop to get his Flagels by the dozen, everytime I visited. Now, he has his own places in Utica.. and it is worth the trip. Call ahead . Place your order and pick up. Fresh baked for larger orders. I slice them and freeze them. I'm sure everything else is just as good, but I'm a Willie's flat bagel fanatic.
The food came out fast and it was good. No complaints.
