The owner is so nice!! The pasties were delicious and man, this was my first time there and it was so nice, the place, the pastries, and even the owner like frfr. You wouldn’t believe it when he gave me some snacks for free, I feel so grateful. Would recommend and go again!!!
Caruso’s is an absolute staple of the Utica community. My wife is a Utica native and grew up going to Caruso’s cafe with her grandparents to meet with their friends and enjoy good food and company. For our wedding, we knew that dessert had to be Caruso’s. Carmela was great to work with, helping us determine the right amount of trays needed for our guests and ensured that the trays matched our wedding colors as well. We are so grateful to have featured Caruso's at our wedding and our guests loved the variety of Italian pastries.

I highly recommend Caruso’s Pastry shop for all of your cookie and pastry needs. Traditional family recipes passed on from generation. Gentleman that bakes every single item has been Lead Baker for the past forty years and his dedication is next to none. The woman behind the counter’s are always so Knowledgeable and so helpful. Caruso Pastry shop has been a staple in our family for many, many years and will continue to carry the torch. We can’t wait to get married next year and order all the beautiful mini pastries. Everything is always so fresh and so delicious.

Just love it, picked up a cake without order and it was so so yummy, chocolate cake is amazing. Also the cannolis you need to try it.
Woman at the counter was very rude. Acted like I was a bother to her just by being there ordering cookies. Maybe it's the big Christmas rush but I was the only one in the store at the time.
Everything I've ever had from this bakery has been top-notch, the customer service is the best around, and their Rum Cake is INCREDIBLE!

We got cookies and mini cannolis for our wedding and they were fantastic. They were very easy to deal with and were very kind through the whole process. Delicious product and wonderful staff.

Caruso's is a delicious family owned Italian Pastry shop in Utica. They did plates of pastries for my wedding and they were a huge hit. All the guests loved them and there wasn't much left to take home. Definitely worth a trip if you are in the Utica area.
Simply put. THE BEST IN UPSTATE NY! The sfogliatelle is the best North of the city if not the state!
