First time at Bagel Grove, bagel could have been more toasted, garlic herb cream cheese was tasty, bagel had good chewiness. I'll give them a try again. Sandwich menu looked great!

Great food, service & atmosphere.
We visited this place for the first time yesterday and we are completely satisfied with the extremely hot fresh dozen we purchased and devoured !! We are new to the area from the Jersey Shore and we were looking for a bagel store - we shall look no more - Awesome flavor ! Thank you Bagel Grove !! Jeff Ferguson

This place is absolutely amazing. Great bagels, great sandwiches, great friendly service. Being from NJ, I know a very good bagel and this compares. I would go here at home. Never fails to disappoint! Highly recommend.
The best bagels in CNY! Always come back whenever I’m visiting my hometown. There isn’t any indoor seating but there are picnic tables outside.

My mother got me hooked on this place. She has been going here for many, many years and she loves it. Now I love it too. Their bagels always taste so fresh, but what's even better is their cream cheese. It's to die for! (and really creamy) :)
Excellent fresh and super tasty bagels that are not “doughy”. They have the best cream cheese. My favorite is the chives and my wife likes the lox (smoked salmon). If you get there early enough, you can watch them make the bagels. They also have everything packets so you can add more …

Had a everything bagel toasted with garlic cream cheese. Bagel was not toasted at all they put the wrong cream cheese on and then removed it with a dirty knife

Delicious! Good size, toppings are well distributed. The service was super fast and courteous. I can't wait to go back for more bagels. Note to self: the spicy everything is SPICY!!!
I love their bagels. I travel to Utica to visit family and take a couple dozen bagels home with me. They freeze very well so I can enjoy the bagels for a few months when I return home.
The cream cheese has a very bold flavor. Even the plain cream cheese. Unlike any cream cheese I've had before.. Staff, bagels and professionalism is the reason for the stars. I appreciate the professional response from your establishment, and clarify the taste of your cream cheese. Thank you.
The bagels 🥯 were really great 👍. the prices are very reasonable. the staff are very friendly. the only disappointment was that there were no tables inside.
I’ve had this place many of times definitely inconsistent with their sandwiches for the price your better off at Willies
