The bourista workers ruined the entire experience. I asked for cream, she (nose ring) didn't say we had to add our own cream. We sat down. They didn't tell us our order was up! Could have walked it to the table. We were the only ones in there. The cinnamon buns I asked to be heated? They were barely warmed. They tasted like cardboard with cinnamon! Oh and it was $18+. Not worth it. I live down the street. Won't go there again.
The workers go out their way to great each customer, very friendly and the coffee is outstanding.
Love the coffee but why are dogs allowed in? Yuk
Terrible customer service! Will never go back!
Awesome drinks and really quality bites to eat! Will definitely be back
Great spot for a quick breakfast instead of waiting an hour for nesticos. Limited menu but coffee is great. Enough food choices for me.
Had a great coffee and muffin on Saturday at the Township 5 location. An hour after leaving I realized my wallet had fallen out of my pocket. I returned to the shop just before closing and the barista had it ready waiting at the register for me with everything intact as she found it while cleaning up. Fantastic customer service!
$5 for a small cookie at Rise and Grind...Bella bakery, Biscotti's and Harrison bakery only a $1 and $1.25... terrible pricing at Rise and Grind...it is a shame because their coffee is good and reasonably priced and now I won't go back
I got pumpkin spice chai tea and the best little pumpkin pie I have ever tasted. They have a great selection of coffees and teas as well as baked goods.
Great place for coffee, tea and snacks.
Megan and Jessica are the best!
Very open and welcoming atmosphere! The food is quit good and there coffee, yummy 😋!!!!
(Back in November 2021) It was our first visit. When we got there, we haven't eaten anything from morning other than small snack but it was already early evening so we didn't want to get anything big meal. So we decided to order avocado toast. And it was tasty! And i ordered hot caramel apple cider for my drink. I've never had any kinda hot apple juice before so i was wonder and at the same time i was sorry but actually i really loved it! I'll definitely order again once apple cider season back!
Rise and Grind has become my go-to for coffee dates and for getting work done. Baristas are so friendly and helpful!
Service was friendly & efficient. I got peanut butter hot chocolate (oh yeah)! and strawberry Nutella toast (oh yeah)! Fresh strawberries were the perfect compliment to hazelnutty deliciousness of the toast. Also bought breakfast for my mom & brother. $38 bucks including a tip. The atmosphere is living room cozy. Absofreakinlutely going back. As matter of fact I went back 2hrs later to bring home breakfast to my girlfriend. She's the one who got me hooked on Nutella to begin with! And yes! She loved it. So, see ya later coffee place that rhymes with "cartrucks". I'm gonna rise & grind🤘
Great coffee, friendly staff, happy to find a place that does pour over coffee.
We came here on a Friday morning and were cheerfully greeted by the barista. I didn’t catch her name but she was very kind and helpful. Even though it was busy she was not flustered and our order still came out in good time The interior has a great vibe: the chairs are comfy and there’s probably a good book for every taste. We ordered a lavender honey latte less sweet, a matcha bowl with blended berries and almonds, A hot peach green tea, and a guac toast with pico and spinach. All were delicious 🤤
Great Service. Will Return. 😁
Great Nutella flavored hot chocolate. Would have preferred to see the barista wear a mask. The other person in the back did wear one.
Nice atmosphere, great hot chai latte. It was a bit crowded when I came in. *Update* It was not as busy the last time, so I sat for a bit. They offer a military discount.
