The decor is very Caucasian and uninspired. Coffees not the best but it’s relatively cheap. 2 of the 4 coffees I’ve gotten there this month were burnt. Waters, coffee grounds, etc. on display are very easy to steal.

Its 6 dollars for a coffee that looks like what boss baby drinks. Go to starbucks you can get a large. One star for the warmth (good heat)

Best coffee I’ve ever had by far! I also love that they have a limited food menu. As a former barista who felt like a line cook most days, it’s nice to see a coffee shop let their baristas focus on the coffee. The owners seem to really care for their employees and mental health which makes my heart happy!

I got an iced vanilla latte along with the seasonal avocado toast (with pickled onions) and everything was great! Perfect coffee shop on a rainy day to get some work done. Will definitely come here again!

The double cup use to go does bother me as an environmentalist.

The people were so nice! The hot chocolate I ordered awhile ago was very nice and not to mention the donuts! My whole experience with me and my family was amazing and it was great to see how well the business was doing!

I would truly rate this as the best coffee in Syracuse. The taste of the espresso is clean and smooth and the baristas seem to have a true interest in the art of coffee because the texture of the steamed milk is true microfoam instead of a bubbly froth. (Even when made with Almond milk) The service was friendly and prompt and the food was well prepared. Although it's a 20 minute drive from my house I make it a destination. The atmosphere is very modern yet comfortable. It's refreshing to see a "cute" coffee shop that cares both about aesthetics and quality coffee. Keep up the good work!

While waiting for my avocado toast, the restaurant started to smell like burnt toast and you can hear someone scraping toast with a knife. I told one of the workers that I had ordered food and asked if something was burning. They go back and confirm the smell but only comment that “it is the toaster.” With no further comment, I was then handed the food with a smile and was told to have a great day. I arrive home to find that all the edges of the toast were burnt black and the body of the bread was well over done. I took one bite and could only taste burnt bread. Now I am not one to send food back, but spending $7.50 for burnt toast is not alright. As I arrive back at the restaurant, the worker who handled my food immediately recognized me and offered to remake the food. Now at this point, things would’ve be okay if they didn't lean over to their co-worker in full view of the customers and point at the burnt food and joke as if it was not worth sending back. They then seemed to tell their co-worker to scrap off the avocado from the burnt bread and place it on the new toast. I understand not wanting to waste, but it was clear there was much less avocado than before and now with burnt crumbs in it. Thanks for “remaking” my food 👍🏼 Will not be coming back.

Peaks is truly my favorite cafe of all time. It has such a calming and fresh atmosphere & the employees are genuinely all SO kind and caring. Mallory has written me sweet love notes on my food/coffee before. Their coffee is the freshest and best tasting I’ve ever had. :-) not to mention the owners are two of the most genuine and loving people I know. They care so deeply for the community and offer support in so many different ways to so many different people. Go here for deep healing in the form of a perfect cup of coffee 🪴☕️🤎
