I wanted a realistic heart cake for my husband who's a PA and got exactly what I asked for! Couldn't have been more pleased with how it turned out and it tasted delicious. It was red velvet with raspberries and buttercream. I highly recommend using Kathy for any baking projects, she's such an artist and simultaneously makes great cakes!
