As a coffee enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for new spots to satisfy my caffeine cravings. However, I was unsure what to get. I asked the barista at the window what is their most popular coffee as I wanted to try a local favorite. After giving me many options that I can say all sounded delicious, I asked to be surprised. The barista was very polite and patient while ordering. As I pulled up to the window they had my order ready to go. I got a Medium Iced coffee, Turtle Chocolate with Hazelnut flavoring and light cream and I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend. I also ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich on an Everything Bagel that was also very delicious. 10/10 would recommend. Next time I'm trying their French Toast Coffee!

The two guys that I always see when I go in are fantastic! Both super friendly and efficient. This place is lucky to have them, keep up the good work. My coffee is always good and the donuts fresh at a fair price.

My kids love dippin donuts in New Hartford because their donuts are big. I love every part of the experience. The staff are amazing and so friendly. I don't feel rushed when I order. They answer every question I have with a smile. They always put a smile on mine and my kids faces. Definitely recommend the New Hartford location.

The guy was pushy, order was wrong, and doughnuts were not shown on the menu.

Locally owned shop. Donuts seem fresher and bigger than those from the national chains.

One of my favorite coffee shops. I go here rather than the other chain stores. Better quality and fair prices.

Love there coffee ☕ and bakery. There staff is very nice and try there best to give you fast service. I've been going there for at least 15 years. The owner works very hard to keep his food and bakery so you will have a good experience.

Ordered a iced french vanilla cappuccino and got instance coffee with sugar. My hot French vanilla cappuccino was undrinkable. Worst coffee ever. Now Rome's is fantastic

Food and coffee is good. My only critique is the cleanliness. When the food residuals on the floor crunch under your feet and the arachnids are taking over the walls and windows. It might be time to get someone to take some ownership of the space. Just a suggestion!!

the coffee isn't great, but the food is better than DD. be prepared to wait! they were holding political "rallies" or something in the midst of the 2020 election cycle, but that seems to have ended.

They hype their coffee, and it is very good, but the real reason to go is for the donuts. Real, honest to goodness donuts that taste good. Their peanut donuts take me back to my childhood and their sour cream donuts are worth the trip by themselves.

Absolutely disgusting establishment. I will be taking my business to dunkin from now on.

Why cough up the same amount at Dunkin for the same quality coffee, less donut, and definitely a lot less love? Support smaller, more local business and enjoy what Dippin has to offer!

Family owned. Yummy teas and fresh donuts. They even have lunch foods and a menu of Greek food. They contribute to a lot of local fundraisers which is why I also like to support their business.
