I love Calabria! My husband and I grab a coffee from here regularly. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. I have noticed inconsistencies when ordering the same coffee each time I go. This last time I was frustrated so I just gave them a call and I think Erika answered. She couldn’t have been friendlier and I was really appreciative that she was open to a little feedback. I love supporting local businesses and will continue to stop here for my daily fix!
It’s incredible. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They make an incredibly good and consistent product. The owners are always there (which to me, says a lot). They might have the cleanest bathroom in the tri-county area.

Calabria is honestly the best coffee place in the New Hartford Area. Not only is the place always clean, the staff is super friendly, helpful, and attentive. I’m severely sensitive to dairy and I have never once gotten sick from anything at this place. At many coffee places even if you ask for non-dairy milk, there’s the possibility of them still giving you whole milk by accident, but this has never been the case at Calabria. Not to mention their expresso is very rich and delicious in lattes. Between allergy attentiveness, overall cleanliness of the shop, the quality of their products, and a vast selection of items on the menu, it’s no question that this is the best coffee place in New Hartford.
Calabria Coffee is my go-to cafe choice in town. The staff are incredibly kind and hardworking. As for the coffee itself, there are a variety of selections and combinations to choose from across hot, iced, and frozen beverages. The prices are on the higher end of the scale, but seem more reasonable when you take into account that Calabria not only brews their own roasts, but also provides a very clean and inviting environment to their customers. Altogether, I would highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a quaint place to sit down and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee!

I love their signature Calabria Mocha, I ordered one hot. Too sweet for my taste but I’ll probably order one less sweetener next time. Try their pustie in different flavors, we got the Vanilla and it tastes 👍🏼
The coffee is very good but it definitely trends more towards the sugary flavored coffee drinks that seem to be favored these days. There is a small selection of pastries available. They could certainly benefit from a few larger items that would qualify as a viable breakfast item. Food items that are available are limited to small one or two bite cheesecakes.

Nice, clean place. But latte over ice is not made with espresso. Instead, they use cold coffee from a thermos and top with milk. Not worth the price, and should be called “iced coffee with milk” instead.
An adorable idyllic coffee shop in the heart of a cute little New York town... clean aesthetic, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere where I would be comfortable working or visiting. The Calabria Mocha (frozen) was an amazing blend of flavors smothered in whipped cream. 😋 I also purchased some biscotti that they get from a local bakery, and it is quite possibly THE BEST biscotti I have ever had. The owners are very friendly and proud of their establishment which translates into feeling completely welcomed from the moment you walk in until you walk out the door (reluctantly). We WILL be back! I still have to try the chai...
Amazing drinks! I get the green tea matcha latte everytime, and it's delicious. Lovely environment and friendly staff, too. Does not disappoint.

What a great coffee shop! My daughter and I popped in on a lark as we had some time to kill and I am glad we did! The coffee was amazing! We sat and enjoyed our beverages in the very nicely renovated dining area and watched as others enjoyed theirs as well. Although we did not have any pastries, they were supplied by our absolute favorite bakery: Caruso! We will be sure to have some when we go back...and we will!!!
