A little gem in Manlius. Food was excellent, drinks were great.
Best coffee in CNY, and that’s saying a lot given the other excellent local roasters we in Syracuse have the good fortune to be able to enjoy. Great food too—try a Bluebird crepe or a fresh croissant from Toast. But best of all are the wonderful owners and staff, who make your visit a pleasure from first sip to last.
The food is wonderful, but it’s the owners who make Skytop so special….
The baristas and all staff were accommodating, kind and helpful. I bought an oat milk latte and the milk was steamed perfectly, and the espresso was balanced.
Great food and coffee! My personal favorite was the breakfast sandwich.

Incredible customer service. The cashier was super enthusiastic, even on a Sunday afternoon The selection of coffee is great. Even multiple options for a basic cup of black coffee. My wife and I both had cortados, which were great. I had the protein balls, which were very good and did the job. My uncle loved the croissant, which tasted as good as it looked. I’d love to go back.

I love the coffee here and they have food options for everyone in the crowd— GF, Veg, and V (on certain days the kitchen is open as well). There are always amazing new drinks to try, I haven’t been disappointed yet, and the usual options for me have been flawless every time. Great job! This is an inspired cafe! Ooo and thank you for the seasonal outdoor seating 👍.

The blueberry muffin had more blueberry than muffin, which is always a good thing. Enjoyed my latte as well.
