Very nice, friendly & efficient crew!
I’ll be honest, I’m not going here again. There’s an older lady who works the counter. She’s so rude to me. The first time was when I called over the phone asking a question and her tone was so aggressive. I came into the store that day and she was in an unfriendly mood. The second time was when she decided she didn’t like I said, “Awesome!” After she rang my order. She goes, “did you mean thank you?” I was stunned. Typically I say that after I grab the product and leave or I feel it gets awkward. I left saying, “Thanks.” She’s always so aggressive and rude toward me. I’m unsure if she’s like that to everyone. I won’t be coming back. She weirds me out at this point. Everyone else is sooooo nice except for her. If she hates her job, she needs a new one. It ruined my entire day. I felt like she thought I was rude when I wasn’t.
Nice and fresh
I recently visited Bruegger's, a bagel chain located in New York. While I must admit that the bagels were just okay, there were a few redeeming qualities about the experience. Firstly, the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with a smile and were happy to answer any questions that I had. Additionally, the service was quite speedy, which was appreciated as I was in a rush. However, when it came to the bagels themselves, I must say that they were just okay. They lacked the chewiness and flavor that I have come to expect from a good bagel. They were a bit too doughy and didn't have the crispy exterior that I love. Overall, while the bagels at Bruegger's were just okay, the friendly staff and speedy service helped to make the experience more positive. I may return for a quick breakfast in the future, but I will likely look elsewhere for a truly great bagel.
Expensive but good
They no longer allow sit down inside the building so it's to go only however I use this Brueggers location alot to get breakfast for meetings at work. Always on point with the orders. Fresh every order. Highly recommend this Location
Ila lady got pushed out of a chair today I was told and was told to leave I'm pressen charges the man was unkind DO NOT EAT HERE YOU OR YOUR KIDS MIGHT BE PUSHED OUT OF A CHAIR TO then the man told me to leave I asked for a refund and all the people that saw left I don't think there coming back I am just some I believe this all bc of the other bad reviews that go along with my claim cops where called do not eat here EVERRRRR YOU MAY REGRET PLUS THAY WANT 17.00$ FOR 2 BAGLES I MEAN COME ON
Enjoy coming here for lunch. The staff is really great. There's one guy that's been there for a long time. I believe he is a manager. It's great to see the young ones grow and change and evolve. He's grown into quite the responsible knowledgeable employee. All very friendly bunch. Efficient.
Drove by one day and turned around to give this little shop a try. Got an everything bagel with bacon cream cheese and brisket. Sad I only got one because it was Ah-mazing!!! Friendly staff too
Great selection of bagels and spreads.
$17.24 for 2 bagels that are mostly air bubbles and below average cups of coffee. Nothing bad to say but nothing good either.
Older lady at the register told me to tip more next time. Very unprofessional for an already overpriced bagel.
Do not care for checkout machines options for tipping

Still have great sandwich bagels, service OKyhe boy that waited on me never really looked at me seemed to be just going thru the motions and restaurant appearance and cleanliness not the greatest.

Whenever I am in Manlius this is a must visit! Brueggers 🥯 are the finest I have ever had. Their honey walnut creme cheese - heavenly. Staff, friendly, well-trained and efficient.
Highly impressed with the speed of the service . The food is definitely good , plenty of variety. The only knock I have is the the regular bagels are pretty tough to chew . I came in the morning so I would think they would still be fresh . Overall though I like it .
