Looking forward to sampling the highly praised coffee and maybe taking some home. Found their food cart, but it was closed. Disappointed as website stated would be open. It did give me the opportunity to do part of the Hudson River Wall. They were still closed when I left. I called the Google number and received one of the partners direct voicemail. He called back!!! Explained they had a machine malfunction but were up and running, unfortunately I was already in PA. The 4 stars are of calling back their customers, providing information, and being really good people! Definitely will try again next time I am in the area.

I ordered some lightly roasted Honduras coffee beans to be shipped to me since I live so far away and I am completely and utterly blown away. I have a very unique palette for coffee and often don’t drink it because I really enjoy the single origin small batch types and I only really buy it as a treat. This coffee was more than a treat for me. I’ve had one of the most stressful and awful weeks of my life and I’ve managed to carve out this little moment of self care - weighing and grinding beans, filling my coffee press heating up the water to the perfect temperature and making some toast with jam to pair with it. It’s sappy to say this coffee made me cry happy tears, but it did. The beans were just roasted 4 or 5 days before they arrived on my porch and the smell in that box and now in my kitchen cabinet is just exquisite. I enjoy a good coffee pairing as food can enhance the experience of the coffee and it was recommended to me to have some toast with strawberry or apricot jam. This was the absolute perfect way to enjoy this coffee journey that Mercurial Coffee Co just took me on. I am greatly looking forward to continuing supporting this amazing company and continuing this coffee exploration with them.

Delicious chai! Clearly made from scratch. The fresh ginger on top was yummy- just how it’s done in India!

We had Mercurial Coffee Co coffee cart at my daughter’s wedding over the weekend. The owner Harry and his wife had their coffee cart set up for our guests with an array of wonderful espresso and other concoctions. They were very accommodating to our preferences and all the guests thoroughly enjoyed this special treat! I would highly recommend them for all your party needs!! Terrific people!!

WOW! I came to the walkway on a chilly morning and now I have become a regular at this little gem that I discovered. The staff is so friendly and always suggests different drinks, I was always getting black coffee but now I am getting dirty chai latte and the chai is homemade and absolutely season to perfection. The chai hits you right away, and the warmth of the steam milk they soothing and then you get the espresso on the back end about 30 seconds later. What a winning formula, great fresh roasted coffee beans and grape service.

Stumbled across Mercurial's little coffee "shop" at Walkway Over the Hudson, and may currently be experiencing the best latte I've ever had.

Incredible coffee and specialty Expresso drinks sold by great people. The Expresso seltzer is the perfect summer drink. They sell beans that they roast on-site at the entrance to the walkway. You can order online ahead of time and pick up. This is a true gem for the town of Highland and the walkway!

I got an iced latte from Mercurial when they were still wheeling their espresso cart to the Walkway over the Hudson Bridge and it was fantastic! They put so much care into every cup. So great to see how far they’ve come, it’s a must-visit!!
