Super nice workers but shaved ice could of been more better. The fruits were refreshing but the shave ice itself wasn't that good. We only tried one thing on the menu but definitely recommend getting ice cream with your shave ice!
BEST COFFEE IN NYC IDC
Nice place, lots of space, good music, good ac. One thing that leaves a negative impression on me is that after paying $3 for a small bottle of sparkling water, they want to charge me another $1 for a cup of ice to go with that. I feel if they raised the price of the water to $4 I'd probably accept that more than their charging $1 for the cup of ice, I don't know why.
A Lady who looks the owner,not like part-timer very unfriendly and rude when she was taking my order. And i asked how shaved ice looks like and she replied so annoyingly.she needs to be trained.
Shhh this place is the secret best spot ever to work. It’s got great treats, staff, coffee and AC. Even outlets. I feel like I am giving away my secret by event telling you this.
A sweet surprise after getting off train hungry & thirsty & super early for an appt. This was a good pit stop place. Ppl here friendly & efficient & good energy. WiFi, ample seating, relaxed. Not a ton of food choices but what they have is actually good. I’d def come here again when I have hour or so to kill.
The mango shaved ice is the only thing I have ever gotten. I have had it 10+ times. Sometimes the mangoes aren’t ripe but the shaved ice is always amazing.
Lovely customer service. Guy named Edward is the best server. Awesome croffles. Love their monster ade (green grape slush)! Recently been into their strawberry banana smoothie though!
We ordered the green tea shaved ice monster size for 4 people. We added red bean and a few other items as add on toppings for our dish. None of us were very hungry so the dessert was more than enough for all of us. The green tea shaved ice was very good and not overly sweet. The texture was so fluffy and light and refreshing. The mochi wasn't overly sweet and we really enjoyed the nutty flavored powder on the mochis. We found the red bean paste to be on the sweeter side so we didn't finish that. Overall, great desserts with decent staff and decent seating. The staff did not ask for proof of vaccination but we were all masked when we entered.
Good coffee and service
Service was friendly and the environment was cozy. I enjoyed my taro bubble tea here and had a good time having drinks with my friends at this cafe!
