Nice apartments
Great people very friendly
The place is somewhat dirty and old. Need a major renovation. It however has the bare minimum I need to survive the winter. Mike the landlord is friendly and helpful. Great rate with every bill covered. Could be WiFi challenging if you need your tech.
Great music, great bartender, great atmosohere.... Drinks were overpriced. Well drinks start at $4. Domestic beer for $3-$5.

I loved the bar and the bartenders were pretty awesome. Now you might ask yourself why I gave this place a 1 star even though I liked the bar and the bartenders, well while I was walking in this bar for the second time this weekend, the bouncer had the nerve to tell my friend that I was okay to go in even though I was an "Arab" because I knew my friend (my friend is a local and knew the bouncer) I will never be visiting this bar again. This kind of racism is not okay and certainly not appreciated.

Great place during the summer on a Friday or Saturday night
Waitress said it would be a half hour wait no problem... at an hour she said 10 more minutes max 1 hour 25 minutes no food c'mon it's breakfast 1.5 hours got our food it was good but terrible service!
