Sonic is to slow .people will try and wait there .
Service is getting very slow.
I would recommend if you like Sonic restaurant food. This place is clean, and has friendly staff.
An employee Luna was being rude towards me. She gave me the wrong order so i had to put in a whole new one
Needs an upgrade. Food is ok, service is surprisingly fast.

Spent 30 minutes left empty-handed well before happy hour ended nobody answer at the menu board someone took my order at the window by the time I got my drink they wanted to charge me full price The manager finally came out I explained to her and all she said was (you should have waited to place your order) she didn't care to apologize just give an excuse I can't change the register???? Wow no attempt to retain a customer normally I get $20 to $30 worth of food from here I think I will go elsewhere ☹️☹️☹️☹️
Great location. Busy, but friendly. And, awesomely quick service. Great job!
Tried two other Sonics in Gallup before stopping at the one near the mall. All of them had multiple stalls with non- working screens, and none of them would use my our my husband's app 😞 Despite those hassles, the food was great, and server was very friendly and confirmed our large offer was as expected.
The food was good but the fries are always cold and it takes for ever for food to come out... The order screen is not working they should post a note saying screen is down but you can still make an order didn't know if I could place a order or not?
Great food and drinks as well as nice staff
The burgers were cooked evenly, not burned.
We ordered through the app and when you do that it tells you to put the number of the stall that you are in, in the app but none of the screens that were in the stalls were working and none of the stalls were NUMBERED!! And we went to not one, not two, but THREE different stalls and they were still weren't working so we had to get out and use the walk up stall! So psa do not go to this sonic!
Good customer service/ brown bag special deal is still going.
The waiter that served us was very kind. Helpful to our needs of our request. My hunger was fulfilled. I'll visit again

WORST place ever!! No customer service very rude. Food salty, cold & greasy. Waited for 40 mins. Sonic wasted my time. Don't waste you time coming here. They don't deserve a star
I had 1 order very simple and tye food was dry, my drink wasn't up sized like I asked.
The drinks are terrible .. they need to add more syrup to the drinks when requested.. During happy hour it is even worst.
