Slightly below average. The fries were excellent! Hot and crisp! However, the burger was just OK and the Diet Coke was mediocre. Service was good though! **TRAVELERS NOTE** Traffic was a nightmare getting to and from the restaurant from the freeway. At least on this Friday afternoon around 1PM
Very rude customer services! The ladies were complaining about people order in drive thru. The employees were so rude. I dont recommend this side of Burger King

Looking for a quick bite that's not sitting too long? The food is made quickly and hot. Breakfast tots vary hot to warm but at least not greasy. Coffee is pretty good for the most part. Staff is friendly and very attentive to their store which is nice.
It's okay... Just as long as you eat the burger once in a great while..
The drive up is fast but the burger king team looks annoyed and no one was smiling. I asked for napkins and ketchup and the guy just ignored me by slamming the window, not professional at all.
Very clean store restroom also fast service on a snowy day
Not much more... It's a BURGER KING! Lol Prices are crazy and it seems like the sandwiches and fries are getting smaller. But that's EVERYWHERE now. Or maybe I'm just getting more gluttonous. Hehehehehe 3 STARS in Burnside, Arizona. Average. (Leaning towards 4 Stars)
The food was good, but.... I was the only person in line and had to wait six minutes for a sausage biscuit and egg burrito. To top it off the sausage biscuit sucked.

It's an ok place to get a quick bite, but customer service needs to be more polite to ANY customer.
The food wasn’t bad and the staff were friendly but trying to eat your burger with flies non stop landing on you and your food was gross.
Horrible slow, slow, slow slow.. this is not "fast Food" this is "Slow Food" as in 20 minutes to get my burger.
Slow drive-thru. Still sitting after 15 min.... now 20 min...received order at 28 min... at this point 0 stars.

We stop by Burger King on the north side of Gallup we were inside and they told us they ran out of eggs how could you ran out of egg while you selling breakfast every freaking morning I think Popeyes took all the hen🙊

Tried the new patty melt, won't be getting that again but the usual menu is still good, friendly service

When management blames their new hires instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for an hour wait when a drive thru order should take no more than 15 minutes you know the place is falling apart. I felt so bad for the drive thru cashier who had to deal with being talked down because the team wasn't working together.
