They filled a catering order for me. Everything was perfect. I had food for 25 people. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Now they don't take the coupons thats it for me

The service is good but seems a little rushed. The sandwiches don't get focus over getting the sandwich made in a hurry. I usually have to ask to have the meat spread out or to have a little more lettuce added otherwise they skimp on the trimmings.

Always have to wait. Even though there’s at least 3 people there working, only one working the counter, every time I go. Well, never again. Manager needs to get involved and teach these kids a little customer service.

Went to Pierce location last night and they were out of mayonnaise! For a sandwich shop that is ridiculous. Did it occur to anyone to get some from the grocery store? Better than losing customers.
