Okay at best, steak fingers way over done, fries are undercooked, burger was alright. Not worth the price
The food was burnt, the gravy was water down, not thick, and it was sad, not happy 😒

Cozy shop for burgers, sandwiches, fries, tots, onion rings, and all kinds of ice cream options. We eat here whenever we're in Carlsbad. Always good food and friendly staff.

The ice cream was really good but the boys that were working there didn't have much customer service and one of them was talking dirty about women and he was slamming the doors open

Worse manager anywhere could possibly have. She is such an A$$ to the kids working. Big bully that shouldn’t be in charge of any business let alone someone else’s child starting their first job.
The food wasn't that great. The burgers were sloppy made. The Chilli dog was way too salty, my daughter could not eat it. The ice cream was delicious. The service was amazing, everyone was very nice. Not worth $80.
Lots of ice cream selections and a good menu for food that's fast but not fast food. Very pleasant young lady at the counter. We ordered ice cream and were quite happy with our experience here.

Understaffed, no management limited training experience for the young two working at the front tonight. They need more training when it comes to learning the register and working under pressure during busy hours. Customers were stacked in a long line waiting for a while they tried their best. Two young kids trying to handle the long rush while being limited to their training experience. We chose to be polite and did enjoy the food this evening. Our frys were cold but it was understandable. Our milkshakes took almost two hours due to the rush being big and them forgetting that they were in the Fridge. After a little bit going by the cook asked the register people if they knew how to work the register. She was frustrated due to the lack of communication it looked like.
Burgers were bland, fries were cold. Staff was friendly other than the girl just dropping the food on the table.

Place is pretty pricey. $21.88 for a banana split and a 3scoop in a cup ice cream. No extras added.... Ice cream scoops weren't big ☹️ Ice cream was good though 😋 but honestly won't be returning.......
All there food is great Good service.
Banana split ice cream was excellent. Chicken sandwich was a little dry and bacon was chewy fresh cut fires were great. But overall a good experience.
